I don't think you should blame Coinsbee for your own mistake [unintentionally underpaying]. - You probably sent it from an exchange or an online wallet of some sort, since there was a deduction; In other words, you didn't read the payment part from their "FAQ" page.We do not recommend sending transactions from online wallets because transactions from these wallets are often sent with a long delay or fees are deducted from the amount sent. As a result, these transactions will arrive late (if the invoice has already expired) or the invoice will not be paid in full.
Therefore we recommend to use one of many open source wallets, where the sender has control over the exact amount and the time of sending.
Use the following link instead: Contact > Click Shopper > Click Next > Choose the appropriate one and fill in the missing/needed data. |

Thank you for your inquiry. There were frequent problems with the products on the customer as well as on the supplier side. That is why we will no longer offer the products. Other payment cards such as AMEX could be an alternative. |

May I ask about what happened to the plans of pushing the Arabic translation update? It's been a very long time since it was supposed to get pushed and it never did and I can see that you have added many languages since then.

Because Arabic is a right to left language, it's not just to translate it. There is also something to do with the website technics. So it's not that easy at the moment. But it's still planned and we hope to add it this year after some website updates.

Hi Nice addition but I'm confused about something. The cards sold on Coinsbee are only virtual or we can use the vouchers for plastic ones? Because reading their website it looks like they have both products but I'm unable to find something about the cost of a plastic card or the costs linked to it (ATMs fees,...) I thought they were PrepaiDigitalSolutions cards (which is a piece of shit) and had rebranded but they are another supplier, which is a plus Since it's cheaper than PCS, I could be interested if they have a plastic MC. |
