That would be for sure nice , but trust me if this will be happen that you cant make anymore self-moderated Topics in the Announcements (Altcoins) section,
they will be looking for an other board to doing that like it was years ago in mining board.
The only thing we can do is report them and warn other Users even the messages getting deleted in that threads.
And its much better as it was years ago where there was 20 to 40 or more Fake Anns created on a day.

No, the code will not be open source.  If it was feasible for a project like this to be decentralized and open source, I certainly would've implemented it in such a way.  But doing so would only open the door for scammers to access the code build their own scams on top of it.  And this is not something that I'd be willing to risk.
