I am looking for methods to increase the speed fo trading, which solutions are possible? (Exept the change of the hardware) Are there any services or markets that provide HFT - services?

Hey if I am not mistaking you mean high frequency trading right?
Funny how once this was frowned upon is now a common thing in crypto world.
Can someone confirm if hft practices can successfuly boost a cryptocurrency's overall daily trading volume? if this is what those exchanges are using?
If so then I think a minimum high capacity server would be needed at minimum and the only way I know to speed up a server is through adding more buffered ram.

It really depends. Since most of the exchanges are not super fast (let's take kraken for example - current API response time is 427.27 ms) - most effective thing is to place your servers in the same DC and just polish your code.
