It seems like premine is not enough for coin developers
and they want to steal our coins:

or they want that everybody could steal our coins by this rpcallowip=*

seems like coin developers don't know the deference between roc and p2p port

and they even don't know the difference between IP address and TCP port - offering to set this option in announce RPCport=127.0.0.1
