After committing to deliver all of the funds to him today by 1pm. I had 1k available when we spoke but he wanted me to send first and after explaining that I would only do the deal if he paid first via gift option he held off on the 1k I had available at the time and wanted to wait until morning. I responded this morning asking if he was ready to deal and he responded saying that he no longer needs it. I'm not accusing him of anything just seemed suspicious.
Hello, I don't need it anymore because I was going to use funds to pay a supplier. SKyrim is region locked so no need to pay supplier. Will definately try and work something out in the future.
