bitcoin will not pump in 2020 nor ever because bitcoin is not a pump and dump garbage like what altcoins are.
we will see bitcoin price continue to rise this year and it will continue in 2020 and mostly after the halving as the adoption grows so the demand for bitcoin increases while the supply remains limited.
these rises will have the same effects on altcoins has they have always had, they will lead to more altcoin dumps.

Weak hands have been complaining about missing out ever since bitcoin was $1 and never buy the dip.
Whales are those who keep buying the dip.

The price of BTCitcoin will rise after the halving and that is our expectation seeing the market in the past several years and usually after the rally in BTCitcoin we will see the top alt coin market making some moves and as always majority of the shit coins will die off too during that period as the developers will sell their coins during this phase and run away with the money, this is what we have seen in the past and that is what i expect this time too. The top coins will retain their valuation. |

General thought is most of altcoins will die which igree.plus i think its necessary.there are tons of scam or useless projects. Market doesnt need them and its good to make crypto trustful.

How if you check by yourself in the bitcoin history? We got that history before in 2017, so you can see what will happen to the altcoin. I think the situations will be almost the same as in 2017 because, in that year, the altcoin is step by step starts to increase before bitcoin increases. So I think this time the altcoin will be the first to grow and then bitcoin will follow to rise slowly, and it reaches the highest price again. But that is only a prediction because everything can be happening in the crypto market, so lets we wait and see.

If it would be bullish, then the whole market would start to grow together with BTC, but if it would be bearish, BTC would be the only coin that would moon and all alts will stay the same. |

I believe that will still depend on the market and the demand, we have too much expectations with this halving and I guess that isn't the focal point to get some effects and I believe there are other underlying factors to it. |

No one knows on when and it doesn't guarantee that the upcoming halving event will give out some huge price increase in BTC but basing on the previous halvings then we cant really blame ourselves to have those presumptions and hopes which might happen on the upcoming halving event once again.Neither before or after the event on seeing that pump because usually if theres a pump it do happens after the event -So, it matter with choices on here. Talking about altcoins, I highly believe that they would dumped down even more.Why? People would go all in with BTC because they do know about the possibilities on making profits with that btc halving. |

The pump after halving can't be determined and that depends on how the market will give reaction to the bitcoin halving and ance again the effect for altcoin will come the only altcoin that has already developed a good product and it has provided a utility usage to the users. I don't even think the blind pump in 2017 will be happening once again in the future just caused by the bitcoin halving time.
altcoin must provide the best from its development to get FOMO.
It's not working waiting for the bitcoin halving to get the impact.

Maybe if the pattern happen again ETH can be pumped when bitcoin halving come. But this is only my speculation from what already happened. In the otherside, ETH 2,0 (CMIIW) will make different too because it can make ETH increased very much and we can look at it. ethereum 2.0 will be released before halving. if it works then that could be the reason ethereum will also be pumped or impacted by the bitcoin pump. for other altcoins I'm still not sure if it will go up, or it will die. |

It will take weeks or months or years before we can Bitcoin price goes off the chart, assuming this is your definition of a pump. In short we really don't know if its going to in 2020 or 2021. If you are one of those who believed that there is a correlation about Bitcoin price increasing and will spill its effect on altcoin then you have to think again. Currently, we have seen the price of Bitcoin move up from $3,000-$10,000 but alts didn't follow that pattern. I guess majority still have the mindset of 2017, its very different now and it may prove it that way after the block halvening in 2020 and the anticipated pump following that event. |

I think no need to wait 2020 for bitcoin halving, I still believe bitcoin bullrun coming this ber month for these year... Sorry do not be offend mate, not all altcoins are pump ups, but some of that is have potential to follow into bitcoin if their price are goes into the moon, for sure ethereum is the best coins to hold for loong term. |
