What is happening to new projects?

The domination of bitcoin is also killing those projects, remember about when the dominance keeps increase even more and there will be more people try to take bitcoin as the safe place to keep their money and that must become an important reason why even if there was a good project already plunged to the bottom.
When the domination of bitcoin is increasing a lot and this will be eating everything. Any update or good news doesn't matter a lot.

There is the truth. In the meantime, BTC is quite safe, though not completely. That's better than risking assets in new tokens whose quality has not been guaranteed. Investors are still hesitant to try to invest in other cryptocurrencies, the market is saturated, so prices are difficult to develop. Even a good project, if the marketing strategy is not good, it will be difficult to get investor confidence. So the existence of IEO gives a little new hope, especially those held in global markets such as Binance.

Projects that cannot survive and die are then called SCAM projects, because they do not do the maximum marketing to market their projects. But the main factor why most crypto projects die is the dominance of bitcoin which is getting stronger to 71%.

They mostly fail because they were not that serious to begin with. If you don't do well it is no reason to give up. Projects try once and stop if they fail. It is pretty pathetic and maining a scam.
A true project lead and run by proper devs will do well even if it takes time. People that give up on their project are losers and quitters. You can't invest money with a loser or quiter and expect to make profit.
People continue to waste their money and blame the projects. They happily handed over the money now they upset?? No please man people must wake up and stop whining.

It seems investors are not really confident to invest in new projects as many scams and low-quality projects. Moreover, commonly new coins/tokens are not profitable anymore because of severe pumps after they are listed on exchanges.

Now investors are very careful in this market because during the last time they have had a huge loss in investment and it is necessary to carefully consider before buying. I think new projects are often unclear and this is the main reason why they easily get bored into new projects. In my opinion, the best solution is to only choose a coin available in this market because if the project is still developing well, the investor will automatically find the project.

There are numerous unsuccessful projects today because these new projects have nothing new to add up to the crypto space. Most of these new projects are repetition of ideas and products of already existing projects. Some of the new projects are also failing because they are run or developed by inexperienced team. How can you determine the quality of the project so that you dare say that many good projects go into the crypto space?  
In what ways do you rate the project as good?
And how do you see the characteristics of a project so that it can be said to be good?
A good project will continue to survive, and very quickly get support from the public.

A good project is a reliable project that does not suffer death. Although the price declines if a good project the team and the developer are still actively working, and strive to continue to develop the project.

We have to be more vigilant and not easily tempted by good results. Many projects fail because they offer great gains. Investors are tired of the offers and unclear projects that do not have real products.

Every time I'm read the whitepaper of a new project, there will be lots of good comments, but is it really a good new project? the answer is when they can actually implement their every project plan on time, and this is often not found in new projects.
There are no fixed indicators that can measure that the project is good, all based only on assumptions or opinions and 2017-2018 educated me that many project just want the money not for develop crypto world.

They themselves made the project a failure. What I need to say is that not all projects that are present here are good. Of course all of that was good when it was launched, but ended in failure.

For projects to succeed, there should be a well mapped out template of success that has been proven by other successful businesses/projects. Building a project/business always comes with many challenges and except the team are able to handle such with professionalism, then there is bound to be problems.

This is so true. I have been invested in one project that has already working product and serves more than 200 mill people and it's demand is slowly growing form outside costumers, not investors. IT has a brilliant solution for game developers like me and it's price is not impacting it's survival. Yet it is far under radar and most of the people don't even take time to look at it. And all that because it's market cap is low. New scam project even today come out and take top 100 spots while decent project stay low. Good thing is, that with time those good project that has a solid team and idea, those project whose coin/token price does not impact it's success due to the fact that they provide solutions not promised revenue just because, will eventually grow. Question is when.... (:

why the heck would they fail if they are created to be a good project ? if you see a project failing then they arent really a good project but they are only look like a good project so that they can attract people to invest on them. they can just do an exit scam after collecting some funds but real good projects wont be like that because they are dedicated  . they have real profesional team members and they built a road map  . they wont stop until they finish it no matter how hard the obstacle that they were facin .

Its not all failed project are to be blamed, many new projects are indeed very good but they are been affected by present altcoin situation, to be frank altcoin market is not in a very good shape at all so this will be a big problem for many startup projects unless the devs have enough funds to go with highest exchanges like binance for IEO fund raising

It depends on what you call to be good, in general or the project itself. Some projects who have failed so far has some quite good features that may bring another step to economy, its just that some of them are having problems and issues on the team, maintenance and whatsoever it is.
I have seen so many projects that can be considered to be good bjt they failed to run it, and besides not all projects collects money from the public to support their needs. Some project owners wastes their own money instead.
Just as the previous comments it depends on what you consider to be good.

Few good projects came into crypto world after bear market took over in 2018 after btc ATH and they are still doing very fine till date,the problem is major new projects developers are not professionals they are claiming to be, many of them just have little ideas they thought will be enough to bring a project to its success but along the journey they realized its more than they can handle

Maybe i agree with first sentences. Nowadays new projects looks like created to raise money and then died. Maybe if something like this keep happened, crypto itself wouldn't very good because investor will lose their trust about it. And what we aim is mass adoption so crypto itself can be used by a lot of people.

that's right, right now there are many projects that seem to have been created just to raise some money and then die and go back to making a new project, then die again.

but if we look at it from another side, this actually happens because the market is in a bad state.
so, this has a very bad influence on the development of new projects although the project looks good, investors are not interested in investing because they are more focused on old coins such as ethereum and bitcoin. that's why many new projects now can't develop.
