BRD Wallet problems

I used to be a fan of this wallet until yesterday.
I sent some ETH to them for keep and I decided to convert it to btc through their trade channel.
My first shock was that they said it shall take 3 to 6 hours to complete the transactions, I didn't mind since I don't need the funds immediately, 20 hours have passed and the transactions did not complete.
I also try to send my ETH to another wallet due to fear and anxiety and nothing is working.
Has BRD wallet gone scam ?
Please share your own experience.

What exactly do you mean by this? A TXID was generated from the bread wallet but it wasn't showing on etherscan? There could be some technical issues due to some tweaks made by the wallet developers. Have you asked the team support before posting here?

Check also if you have downloaded the correct wallet.

Have you checked your wallet address (the one you used to send your eth) on etherscan? Just to see if the transaction successfully went through and sent to the correct address. If the transaction is successful and just not showing the ETH in your BRD wallet, contact them via email at support@brd.com (saw this email on playstore).

My transactions have been completed successfully.
BRD wallet support is awesome and they reply to my email within an hour.
Resolution email from support

The issue was due to a connectivity issue with the Ethereum network. Please let us know if you have any further problems.

The wallet is secure but i dont like th 3 -6 hours delay before a trade can be completed.
