The no.1 one uniqueness of bitcoin is decentralization, so I think that decentralization is what are we investing in Bitcoin, the anonymity. The absence of middle man like banks that is collecting our money for nonsense service. The feeling that you are free to use your money without worrying that the government is watching, that is what are we investing in bitcoin. Bitcoin is for people that want's to be free in Government eyes.

in my opinion, those are the only two that are interesting for investors to invest in bitcoin. I also invest in bitcoin for two reasons, bitcoin is very profitable with volatil price that we can use to trade and there are no rules.

i am highly attracted to Bitcoin's price volatility, aside for it there are so many valid reasons to choose bitcoin.
Bitcoin is censorship resistant. With Bitcoin, you can send money to whatever address you like without fear of government interference.
People think Bitcoin is hard to use because they fail to comprehend it fully.

If demand increases.  There's no guarantee that it will, though I do agree about the supply side of the equation.  The only thing that concerns me is that there's no end to the supply of crypto in general.  What happens if people sour on bitcoin?  There's not exactly a shortage of altcoins, most of which have far lower transaction fees and quicker confirmation times, and a lot of them have way more coins in circulation than bitcoin.  Bitcoin has the biggest and most avid community by far....but it's also not a given that this is always going to be the case.

Speak for yourself, eh?  I'd wager that most of the people on this forum buy bitcoin in order to make a profit, even if they believe in all the other advantages bitcoin has over fiat.  You don't see it being used to buy goods & services more so than as an investment, and that's the truth.

A belief that currency system should be decentralized. The power to the mass people, to the crowed not to a central authority. A belief that I control my finance and never worry about to be robbed by a certified (so called) authority.

Hear, hear.  Not that the government couldn't bring bitcoin to a grinding halt by passing laws, but I don't think it could ever be destroyed (as long as there are miners and people using it).  Definitely what attracts me to bitcoin is the fact that it's bank-less and government-less.  And global.  When I own bitcoin I feel like I belong to a very big, passionate community.

If a person is doing trading not just holding the Bitcoins for a long time then that person can easily earn a lot daily , the price volatility makes it more profitable and at the same time it can send overseas money with considerably low fee .

A very few people are investing in bitcoin and their sole purpose is to park a certain amount of money which they can afford to lose into an asset which has proven to be highly profitable in past. Only 1% of those who are investing actually know and trust the technology behind bitcoin and these are not investing to get rich instead they are here to make it mainstream one day and look for mass adoption. Rest of them are people who read HODL everywhere and do so and then read SELL everywhere and sell. I don't think these people are even getting anything. Bitcoin is attractive to 99% merely because of profitability. Most of the folks are here to get rich.

No especial reason I see. The only reason is bitcoin much more popular among all users. In other words, there is a great chance of earning money investing in bitcoin. So people are interested in it.

I think we are investing in bitcoin because we are hoping to earn. Many invest here because bitcoin is one of the best long term investment coin. And some people uses this to transact anonymously. But I don't think that's their reason to invest in bitcoin.

No entermediate like governments and we can freely use our money worldwide amywhere in the world as long as you are online and we can send money directly to our costomer or love one’s freely and easy. I have a big bilieve that cryptocurrency will gonna replace fiat money in the future.

The most reasons for me that we invest in bitcoin because of the freedom to use online that is easy to access anytime as long we have an internet. Also the fact that we can earn money from it, our money can grow so it has indeed many features that attracts me to invest in bitcoin. With that you mentioned to replace fiat in the future is doubtful to me because there are other citizen doesn’t know bitcoin, perhaps I think of more adoption of bitcoin in the future.

Both and everything good thing that comes with it, I like it because you can carry it anywhere around the world, you only need internet to interact with your funds, there's no centralized system that governs your funds, you are your bank and you can move it anywhere.

Considering that it's a worldwide platform, I like the fact that you can carry it anywhere around the world to play with your funds. I used to look on profitability when I first bought Bitcoin, but after studying and learning how to use and transfer and running a wallet I realized it's uniqueness, I am a long-time user of Paypal but they have a very long process of verification and so many questions about your funds, something that is not present on Bitcoin, it's decentralized anonymous and companies are now accepting it.
I'm glad I'm on it, this early but still, so many things to explore about Cryptocurrency, it's now part of my life and I glad I adopted it.

There are many reasons to choose the bitcoin as investment because this is asset where you can use to complete on internet medium. I do not any asset apart from cryptocurrency there is such option.
Then you need to know its volatility and demand what they have for the bitcoin.

Bitcoin is a digital asset. which can be exchanged and real currency with an exchange rate that can change very drastically. and many people take that as an advantage. and not a few also even lose the value of their assets. those are the decisions of the asset holders themselves. and for now this digital asset has been considered as an investment asset that can be used at any time for payment alternative.

Different people have different interpretation when it comes to bitcoin. I think those two reasons that you have said is not the only reason why bitcoin is attractive to the investors. Though being profitable is one of the biggest reason why they are supporting the crypto currency.
