Not sure if I understood you correctly: you submitted application for your coin/token to be listed on Exolix and nothing happened, they didn't list it? Or you deposited the money and not can't withdraw? Either way, head over to
Scam Accusation board and create a topic about it using the template that you can find there and providing as much info as possible (screenshots of your conversations, txid etc).
