Coinbase a San Francisco-based cryptocurrency exchange that will soon issue a proprietary exchange token, according to Coinbase’s Head of Institutional Sales in Asia, Kyvon Pirestani. He said the IEO platform may emerge in the “next few months,” while the plan for regulated securities offering in the U.S are less far along.

In general, can we expect a good effect to the market?

I don't think it has any significant effect on the Binance IEOs. Investors will just move to Coinbase then go back to Binance (vice versa) or they can just join both if in case they launch an IEO at the same time. There's only a few tokens/coins to be sold anyway.

In general, it's not going to pump more to the market than what Binance already did. I mean the IEO craze is dying already. Some investors will still participate in them but more will not fall into the hype and buy them on exchanges.

Thanks for the heads up, yeah right this is a piece of good news to us as investors and considers in the market price as well. I think not only Binance exchange platform also Coinbase’s plans to launch it's IEO platform, major exchanges like Okcoin, Bitfinex, and KuCoin already unveiled their fundraising platforms. There will be an effect probably because Binance now has a competitor when it comes investors of EIO.

Parang lahat ng projects must be promising na, and goodbye to those project that has no concept and ends up to failure or else scam exit projects. More EIO's exchange platform regulators probably have a good result of the project launched outcome.

The market is quite so big, there might be a competition for both exchanges but in the long run, it's the entire market that will benefit.
With more exchanges offering an IEO, this will help fast track the number of coins created in the market and since it's coming from exchanges like coinbase and Binance, we can expect that these are legit coins that has a great potential in the future.

I have my doubts on this one, pero siyempre I will let the benefit of the doubt prosper first bago ako mag-judge. Lalawak ang market ng IEO, tataas ang kompetisyon, pero sa pangkalahatan, hindi ako nakakakita ng posibleng epekto nito sa Binance IEOs. It's already an established name in the game, and if anything, Coinbase will just play catch-up.

Will see but I'm really hoping that there are more exchanges that is as good as Binance so people will have a lot of choice on where to invest their money. Though there are also exchanges that are successful in IEO but they can't beat the volume of Binance, coinbase has a great volume and they can compete with Binance that's why I'm positive that they will be a great competition.

I can't find the current volume of coinbase now but this article below is enough to prove that their volume reached billion dollars.

Magandang balita kasi dati parang naging indicator na ang coinbase  na pag nalist ang token or coin sa kanila magkakaroon ng sudden pump sa market value ang mga nalilist dito, tinatawag nilang coinbase effect.

There will surely be an effect as these two exchanges is competing with each other, I guess dahil narin ata ito sa pag accept ng credit card payment ng Binance kama-kailan lang na ang Coinbase naman ang babawi na mag compete in terms sa IEO. For me I guess that will still depends sa dalawang platform if they have a strong project to be announced on their IEO platform, investors are still the one that will pick the best project to buy or to invest.

In terms sa good effect naman, I guess it is good not on the market but for the industry of crypto as well since the adoption is clearly seen in it at the fact that this is a big exchange then that really has a good effect.
