Listing on the exchange stimulates an increase in the scale of the project, especially if the exchange is popular

Do you plan to create a lending system in TMV in TBox for any user, that is, the withdrawal amount will exceed the deposit amount?
We don’t plan to create lending mechanisms like those in banks, but users can receive funds as collateral for ETH on comfortable conditions. To do so users can create TBox, use the Leverage service or create a request for a TBond emission.

In our system, users don’t pay any annual fees or charges for service of their TBox.

Please explain, does TBox automatically become frozen? How can it be thawed? or is it easier to create a new one?
If the TBox collateral drops below 106%, other users cannot recapitalize it. The owner of this TBox can increase the collateral of such TBox by depositing ETH or TMV into it, thereby defrosting it.

During a price drop, how will TBox owners be warned that their TBox is becoming toxic?
It is in the interest of the users to keep an eye on their TBox. The percent of usage turns red when a TBox is close to a toxic state. The TBox owner should increase the collateral to keep the TBox safe  while the ETH rate is decreasing. Users can also recapitalize TBox of other users to get a reward.

That is, in a critical situation, can I recapitalize in someone else's TBox? It is very interesting, and what reward will be for this, more than creating your own TBox?

Banks have long lost my trust. Obtaining funds as collateral will increase the confidence in the project from a certain category of people

I agree with you, the banking system is very outdated and does not suit a lot of people. Positive changes are needed in this area.

If users can buy and sell a coin only on the project platform this will enable the team to control the price, respectively, the coin will be stable.
But then the coin will become centralized and it is the team that will be able to directly influence the coin. Many users do not like centralized coins.
Not loving because of the fact that it is controlled and harder to make money on it, do i understand correctly?

Explain to me the principle of operation of this system? I apparently still do not fully understand everything, thanks

What cryptocurrency exchanges are you planning to launch?
As the topic mentioned above, starter listing on exchanges is possible, but this is not a primary task, since the project will have an internal ETH-TMV exchange and vice versa.
This is understandable, but for some development, at least some well-known crypto-exchanges are needed that would attract the attention of the community. So it’s interesting what kind of crypto-exchanges they will be.

Yes, if the coin is centralized (that is, most of it is in certain hands) it is easier for it to manipulate. But in fact, this happens almost always, no matter how they talk about the decentralization of bitcoin, but most of it (approximately 80%) is on several wallets.

Investors need attention, but listing is not the only way to do this. There are many different ways.

Every project needs promotion and development. It is necessary constantly to develop and becomes better. Usually investors carefully check how actively develops the project and how active the team.

Of course, it makes no sense to invest in a project that stands still. I like that the project has found a non-standard approach in development, it offers something new to users.

It is very hard on the first stage of development and on the stage of IEO to understand how project will develop in future. Very often after the end of IEO projects stop to develop.

The listing stage is still very far away. It is necessary to increase awareness of the project.
Before starting marketing advertising, it is necessary to provide the society with a finished product and focus on how it can solve the problem

During what period is it necessary to deposit funds in order to have time to defrost TBox?
