I can’t tell what might have been the issue or how this works, but why the restrictions to US investors in DRMR STEO tokens sales? I guessed since it was a SEC approved, US Investors shouldn’t be restricted from the opportunity.

I think in tokensales wether SEC approval or not the US are not allowed to buy typically in recent times.

There are several different types of Bitcoin clients. The most secure are full nodes like Bitcoin Core, but full nodes are more resource-heavy, and they must do a lengthy initial syncing process. As a result, lightweight clients with somewhat less security are commonly used.

I read Dreamr App has a lot of features, and could replace some popular apps like Facebook. I know it’s a social media app. And decentralized. What it could also connect people with similar ideas. What else can Dreamr App do?

That's a bold statement to make I believe they still have A very long way to go in that regards. It took Facebook over a decade to get to where they are. So dreamr needs much time to do the same

I think it would be better with Dreamr app. They have a special feature which is that they connect users with similar dreams together. I think Dreamr users would like the idea of all the features offered by Facebook, fiverr and slack in one app.

I'm not certain if the dreamr project is SEC approved, would be glad, if you could help me with your source. Secondly, it's an obvious fact that the non participation of US citizens in cryptocurrency related investments is more than the SEC as there are several other government authorities which are involved.

I think Dreamr token is going to do quite well. It’s one of those cryptocurrency with a good use case. With launch of the Dreamr platform, the price of DRMR tokens would skyrocket.

I personally can't wait to see a project whose value would skyrocket after the tokensales. Most projects tend to skyrocket after some months or years from the tokensales. I have a positive feeling about dreamr project and hope to see the value Increase substantial.

You are to optimistic. I don't think price will skyrocket, after launch. It be move based on how platform is working and based on the use cases. If everything is goes as per the road-map then we can see Dreamr tokens trading at good price.

You made a valid point, It would be very difficult for the price to skyrocket immediately after launch, though it would be a great boost to the investors confidence and performance of the project. But considering the atmosphere of the market, it would be very difficult since most projects tends to reduce in value after listing.

It’s amazing to know that Dreamr isn’t just an app for building your dreams. It’s also a social media platform where people can make friends and have fun. I like to see it as an office on the internet with more fun than you’ll expect.

Dreamr app could be an office for real. Some persons would benefit from the freelance feature of dreamr and that may become their major source of income. This could make the dreamr app a place where they spend considerable amount of time transacting with clients and searching for jobs.

I may be missing something here, its dreamr a freelancing site?, i thought its more or less a crowdfunding website with their plans stretched to the social media section, adding a freelancing niche to the already seemingly tough concept seems like a pretty herculean task to me, well, it all depends on them, if they handle such tasks at once, then fine

The dreamr platform is a conglomerate and has successfully built its capacity in diverse areas. I'm of the opinion that the several features of the project is tied towards the achievement of the dreams of every users.

It’s not just going to be the volume of DRMR tokens moved daily on exchanges, this time, DRMR tokens would be rewarding to Dreamr users who hold the tokens. It’s an equity token for a platform with amazing potential to change the way people use  social media.

I Am yet to get a full grasp of how dreamr tokens would be beneficial to the holders. I've gotten several insight, promising amazing rewards to the token holders but non has been able to pin point any specific benefit for holding the tokens. I do hope to receive some explanation on the specific benefits of holding the dreamr tokens.

Neither did I but I figured that since Dreamr token is a security. It's profit comes from increase token price. I think speculation would be great for Dreamr tokens since it will have sec approval to be one.

What's the status on SEC approval.

I'm sincerely just reading about the SEC approval. Though, I remember the Admin talking about getting the permission for United States citizens to hold the dreamr tokens. The tokens was to serve in the capacity of a share just like in the case of public limited liability companies. I guess the permission was granted, but US citizens were not allowed to participate in the tokensale at IDCM.

I think US residents still buy these tokens, it's just not from the on going IEO. It might be dur to exchange not in US or something? I think US residents should contact project and they will let them know the way to buy these tokens.

Yes, but there are no options made available to the Americans now by the Dreamr team. I think they aren’t allowed to buy not because of the exchange, but for some other reasons. I think it’s best they wait for Dreamr to get listed and buy.

I think one of the major reason why US citizens are not allowed from most projects is the rules that govern them, not like the project made it so, they can always get such after it has been made available on exchanges, its just for the project to be on the safe side and not fall victim to the laws of the stated citizen's country, its really a complicated process

Yeah, the US government wants to protect its citizens from falling prey to scam projects basically.

It seems Investors are having a hard time with registration and KYC process on IDCM exchange. The Dreamr team is trying to fix that, and I guess that’s why they have more time to invest. The STEO doesn’t stop until 31 October or still DRMR tokens are sold out.
Here’s a link to a step by step guide on using IDCM; https://drea.mr/2LJHRFK
That’s all I got. I think you can visit Dreamr app website to find out how much have been sold so far.

I know quite some few investors who are not comfortable with IDCM but would love to get tokens in other platforms.

It ain't suppose to have this sort of restriction for US investors though. Maybe the registration ain't all encompassing. May be the case here though

I agree with you, most projects prevent the citizens of some countries from participating in their tokensales to avoid the wrath of their government authorities. This explains why in several occasions we find that the citizens of USA, China, etc are prevented from participating in tokensales.

The STEO started since the 1st of October, I can say it's been going smoothly as there's no indication of anything otherwise. The team hasn't been giving periodic updates on the amount raised but I believe its been receiving sufficient attention from investors. Though more can still be done as regards the advertising and marketing of the tokens.

The road map of dreamr is quite helpful especially to the potential users of the platform. I wasn't aware that the features would be integrated into the dreamr app in bits. Before now, I was thinking that upon launching the platform, all the features would be in place, but now I know what to expect and when to expect each feature as promised by the dreamr project.

I knew issues like this would emanate during the tokensale. Investors were encouraged to register and complete their kyc long before the commencement of the token sale at IDCM exchange but many preferred to wait till the dieing moment to complete their kyc and now they're complaining of difficulty. In my opinion, the difficulty they experience is as a result of the high volume of people carrying out the kyc simultaneously.

I don't think there's plans for listing the tokens on other exchange in the short run. The major focus of the project is the token sale on IDCM exchange and the listing on IDCM exchange. I believe that the project would list her tokens on other exchange platforms subsequently.
