Unfortunately pokerok does not accept us players. If you deem the field soft enough to risk it you can use VPN but if you get caught we do not guarantee funds as it's against the rules so I do not recommend it to USA players!

Pokerok or pppoker/upoker? Either way, to become an agent your friend can go thru me. I am not just an agency I am an affiliate.(difference being I have better deals than normal agents and thus I can offer agents the rakeback they deserve).

It seems that the "home" page does not exist. That's why you are getting the 404 error.
Click on any link and you will be good to go.

However it seems that they are restricting some countries. I figured it out when I tried to visit the "Sports" page!
From their help page:
