Regret In Changing A Bet Have You Experienced

I think every gambler have experienced this kind of things and we all have those regretful decision.
It is part of gambling and we all have different reason why we changed our bet ,
For others it is the higher profit if the underdog wins ,
But for me most of the time I would regret changing my bets into smaller or higher amount .
Because there are times that I would just play with small bets and win and think about what if I bet a higher amount then after I done it I would lose.

We need to accept our decisions in the past,we are the only person responsible for that to happen.When we lose a bet then understand we are supposed to lose it because its our bad day and anything can't be changed once its happened,if we decide to chase it down then we are risking more funds.

More gamblers suffered from that attitudes towards to this gambling activities. If you already have your pick accept whatever the outcome should be handled, there's no point of changing your decision inside the actual game, though it's not always happen but there's some time that we made mistakes and instead of standing to our choice we do bets against our will.

That`s right, every gambler experienced that! We all been in situations where we wanted to rise bets, but we didn`t and if we would we would win a lot, and in other situations when we wasn`t sure to place bet or not, and then we did it and lose. Both situations happen from time to time, if you gamble regularly.
Last time when that happened to me was week ago, on sports betting. I played crash, and I played 1.3 to cash out, and instead of placing higher bet cause I had some feeling, in last moment I change my mind and bet minimal, next 15 games were over 1.3. I could earn much more then I did.

This really happens to my friend in a horse racing, he is making a good run of winning he was in a winner take all bet and he needs to only win one, before he buys a ticket a winner take all-ticket, he has doubt on his bet on the 7th race because he is not the main favorite, he opted  for the favorite of race 7

He wins bet on all the 6 races  and he just needs one win and he is confident that the horse who he picks for a replacement on the horse he first bet to win the race, in the end, he loses the big jackpot in the 7th race because the horse that comes out the winner happens to be the horse he replaced with the favorite, he loses $3000 jackpot because of that.

He had a hard time moving on with that experience.

I think the last time for me was yesterday on a crypto poker game on line, I did a all-in and finally I wanted to cancel my bet, but it didn't work, I think because of my connection the order was too late... and I lost all my bet... Fortunately, it wasn't a big bet.

Well, I have seen that gamblers mostly choose the best of all but they forget that it is all based on chances. If odds of other team winning are higher if you bet on sports, that does not mean they cannot win. Tables turn sometimes and those odds get down from the very high to dirt cheap odds when the game turns in favor of those we didn't choose. Why didn't your friend bet on online horse racing betting? It's hard to accept something that we have done in the past, especially if that is related to the bad experience. We need a long time to rise up and accept the bad things that already happen and try to move on. In a gambling game, there will be a bad feeling about the loss no matter how small or big the amount we use. So, only we who can fix that bad feeling by not doing the same things in the future. We can still play gambling again, but this time, we need to control what we bet. Don't use the money which we cannot accept it if we are lost and control yourself.

Just happened to me last night in real life gambling.

I was in a wake of a friends father when we started to play local Card game that needs bluffing sometimes to scared the opponent to draw

So the story goes we start playing until the pot money grows big and the competition is rising high,until I decide to Draw!!but my mind tells me not to so I skipped and suddenly the person next to me did what I intend to do and the outcome?im a loser lol

That's different as here you are still playing and you are still making a decision, and its just sad that you make a wrong decision, and of course who would have seen the outcome, this is gambling its a guessing game.

I think the topic is more applicable on sports betting here you have already analyze and you think that bet will win but then you suddenly changed it.

This feeling happens to me regretting after changing a bet in a game. The moment that you already had the chance of winning but change of mind take place. It happens when playing a game our emotions take control.

That's why it's better to be objective in making decisions especially in gambling. That is, not allowing emotions to get in the way because the tendency is to gain more losses instead of winnings.

Yeah it happened to me today. I just so happened to bet the Dallas Cowboys against the Saints... I did not do enough research into the game. My issue was I was busy all day and just so happen to get a bet in 5 roughly 10 minutes before the game started. After I got my bet in I started to study up and realized that the Cowboys game just so happen to be at the Saints Superdome. As soon as I realized it I thought about going and betting twice as much on the Saints. (To make my money back and a little profit)

The only reason I would have even bet the saints in that game is because the Super Dome can be one of the loudest stadiums in the country. The quarterbacks cannot hear the plays being called. That and alot of false starts and off sides happen because of it.

But yes I am sure it has happened to almost anyone who has ever gambled in there life. It happened to me today!

Why people are successful in gambling is because they confident with their bet and if that would give them consistent winning then they will end up profitable.

One of the main reasons why people do keep changing up their bets because they arent sure on what they had chosen and if they do hear out some recommendations or tips

It is really hard to move on with that huge amount of $3000. I experience that too but not in horse racing, I don't even experience to play horse racing. LOL. Anyways, I any kind of game we can experience it, in my case, I experience it with a dice game, colour game, sometimes with cards game. Being confuse in our bet is a natural attitude but all our decisions will have a big effect in the future. So be careful where to bet and be careful about where would you really like to bet so that, no blaming at the end.

I experienced that when I was betting with my friend when we were betting in a sport event in our country. He said he would give me an advantage +5 points when I switch team and I agreed. The game turned out really awful to me and lost about 200$ on a bet. Sometimes it is best to stick on your first bet after all.

That is only normal I guess, in my case, it happens a lot in a dice game. I remember my gameplay that all of the bets are winning but for some reason, I change my bet into a higher amount and then suddenly all of my winnings together with my capital are lost in instant. I learned that I should be contented with what I have at that time. I think it is normal for us to lose because this is where we learn this is where we acquire experience, it'll only be bad if we made the same mistake. Also, I learned that if my winnings are enough I should take a rest for a minute and take half of it so that even if I lose I still got some of it.
