Hi, many people are still complaining how many ICOs ended up as a scam.
The cryptocurrency idea is to create a free worldwide decentralized ecosystem. Free for all, for honest but also for dishonest people. It is free market and you should protect yourself before losing your money. You don´t like it? Then you do not understand crypto.

I have seen a lot of scam ICO projects that's why we need to be good at choosing ICO projects. We have our own decision if you will risk your money on investing in ICO projects but you need to be wisely. In the world of cryptocurrencies, you need to be a risk-taker because being a risk-taker might be the key to your successful life. If you are afraid to lose your money do not invest in cryptocurrencies.

I have seen a lot of scam ICO projects that's why we need to be good at choosing ICO projects. the biggest risk is a scam, then the price drops far below the ICO price. that is often the case with ICO coin investments. that's why I don't do it now. IEO is a pretty good choice than ICO at the moment. although it's not safe, for an asset that is ready to trade, I think investors prefer IEO to ICO.

I have been with different ICOs before and it's frustrating to know that they only end up as shit coins. As for me, the problem is within the developers and the project itself. Sometimes, lack of effort to advertise and promote their coin even after their ICO  is one of the common problem. The number of scam ICOs are actually growing and investors are actually getting rid of these frauds.

Not good word to say ICO or altcoin are scam with lower price right now, we need patient for waiting an ICO coin back to higher than ICO price more than one or two years later, always have chance with bitcoin price for all of altcoin ICOs, when bitcoin on the top I sure all of ICO coins back to higher price.

waiting for prices to exceed the ICO price is quite good, but we need to choose a project that is currently still growing. some ICO projects out there currently have no progress. waiting for a coin like that to exceed the ICO price I think is a waste of time.

in fact, when bitcoin prices improve, not all coin prices from ICO go up. it all depends on the project in question. look at the team, and the concept up to now, if the coins you hold are still being developed, that could happen. if not, leave. you know quite a lot of ICOs that have become scams to date.

It is true that most of the ICOs have disappeared and that the altcoins have lost their value, but I do not think that - at least for most of them - there was an intention to do a scam.

We cannot really avoid it, ICOs have been here for so long and as the number of the projects being introduced increases, the higher the possibility that most of it will be scam. Some people takd advantage of the independece that was given to them in here that's why if you really want to avoid those frauds, you should be really careful and smart on picking an ICO you would join in.

Yes without any doubt i can say same think because lot of people now angry about ICO invest almost many time there face scam project with gone lossing money. We can see at this time no have any strong project available but we know still running lot of fake project just investor killer.

Although there are scam ICOs and altcoins but not all can be categorized as scam. Some of the altcoins or ICOs not performing not necessarily mean they are scam but maybe will be lacking some essential components required for the ICO or altcoin to survive and become successful. Always, these factors come from the team experience level, the product, the use case etc of the project.

Many ICO or altcoin is not learn with what experience from ICO or altcoin have been scam before, many cases with scam ICO with lower price after listing, listed on shit exchange market but never become announcement for an ICO owner to build their project at the next time better than other scam ICO or altcoin.

There are several parties who spread FUD with the intention that the price of the token falls and they can buy it cheap or indeed from competitors who want to bring down a rival project. I agree, FUD about many scam projects has hampered many new projects in sales. Regulations from the government should be issued quickly to prevent scammers from happening and to maintain investor confidence in the cryptocurrency market. If there are government regulations, then investors will get legal certainty

Trust me this is something which I have been posting since long time that we need a verification wherein all the ICO needs to apply before posting the thread and they should be entitled  to post the  bounty thread only if they can clear the verification  process as this will filter the scam project and we can win the trust of potential investors and this will create positive impact for this forum as it will be an additional initiative taken by us.  Because sometimes even genuine  projects are termed as scam by some negative minded people.

Why would you waste your precious time and energy on such ICOs and coins when you have bitcoin and few good altcoins with you. It is good to try new things but not when you are trying to make money and that too in digital world. Moreover, it does not make pretty much sense for developers to put some real efforts when they are scammers from the very start. The safest and best is to go with bitcoin.

Not scam maybe have lower price after listing, team ICO re working for building coin price back to normal and higher than ICO price, they need time for building step by step with buy back and open working with other platform to make their coin become popular.

Scam ICO projects stolen investors money than how they will be re working which project? Please make sense. A lot of ICO's project got scammed since 2017 that's why investors lost initial money. Actually ICO indeed, as per as IEO projects got huge response. I think dead coin/project will be never strong after rebranding. The main reason is project team are greedy and they try to create hype and collect to big fund. So, i prefer you have to strongly analysis before ICO investment.

If the coin is profitable, investors will join and they don't care much about the value because most current projects do not keep their promises. I think investing in any project requires a lot of consideration because many projects do not have any new updates for investors and those are the projects you should stay away from in this market. In my opinion, altcoin is not a good choice for you but if you can buy a cheap price, think carefully.

This market has too many FUD but if you can turn that news into an opportunity then you will definitely succeed in trading.

Take profit without holding for long time, you can join all of ICO and IEO but after listing sell how ever much profit do you get, when price higher 10% better to sell it because you can waiting fro long time price growing up, many ICO never have long live with price always higher or expensive.

Sometimes I feel we don't need decentralization in crypto anymore. Because anonymity is helping the scammers a lot and for their continuous scam, crypto market-facing lots of obstacles to go forward. People are losing interest in crypto. So, to protect a healthy environment in the crypto space, we need regulation for the new projects. And regulation can protect investors from ICO/Altcoin scams.

Exactly, a free market will not be separated from scammers. The world of crypto cannot be separated from that, so it is wise when you participate in it, to create a safe place for all participants. Even so, the scam will always follow.

now ICO has begun to be forgotten. because it no longer provides a good future for investors and project developers. yes, one reason is that too many coin projects are born. thus damaging the blockchain ecosystem which has the aim of making a better economy and transaction. You are right the decentralized system is not centralized. so that all security is in ourselves. ICO has now replaced IEO to create new support through large exchanges. but that does not guarantee the project will become a scam. choose the best project to invest in blockchain. so as not to fall on the ICO scam and other traps.
