Not really another one, this is the first time the BaFin gives its approval.

I've been seeing your document on the website, Fundament Real Estate Token was a new type of investment called a security token and approved by Federal Financial Supervisory Authority in Germany. with the statement above I am very confident about this project, can I see the token structure of this project?

The Token contract is a ERC-20. Each token represents a claim for repayment of 1€ at the end of term and variable return throughout the lifecycle of the security. It is a bearer bond according to the German law, where the token embodies the legal claim against the issuer.

The German Financial Market Authority (BaFin) has fully approved the prospectus which allows for investments starting from 1€. Obviously, that doesn't really make sense on the emission, but each token with a nominal value of 1€ can be traded on secondary markets.

There is a whitelist on the issuance (KYC and AML). On the secondary market, the tokens are unrestricted.

Quite remarkable, given the fact that BaFin is basically the SEC equivalent of Europe in terms of how strict and conservative it is. BaFin guarantees  pretty strong oversight and investor protection.

The prospectus basically says that there will be 250 million ERC20 token that are freely transferable on the Ethereum public network. Think about what that means. That’s a game changer!!
