yeah you're right, they usually do this when tokensales are finished. they have the same pattern every time they want to go with investors' money. when I began to doubt a project and wanted to be certain they always blocked me from being grouped. this always happens maybe not just me.

Any project that isn't interested in hiring an escrow till the end is fraudulent. There have been projects that have worked half way and then backed out so they also are fraudulent as they collect money, use quarter of it on the project and then leave it half way. This is not the purpose of starting a project and not fulfilling it. If they aren't willing to use an escrow that will not release entire funds till the finish the project but only release as per the expenses, we cannot trust them. Investors also are mainly interested in the value of the coin and we know most coins don't have any value because the project doesn't have a working team interested in achieving the goals set in the roadmap.

the fact is like that, if the fraud project has the criteria as you said. if the team and the developer are good they will always be enthusiastic about answering important questions from investors. but if they change the subject or even block community telegrams, that's the red flag for you.

such a project clearly indicates that a scam project, moreover the way the team responds to each community is not very friendly and that is one of the characteristics of a scam project. my advice be careful before investing in projects, especially now there are a lot of fraudulent projects.

Fraudulent projects normally presents a lousy whitepaper which often comes with poor structure, layout and typos. Team behind the project are often not revealed and where revealed, provides fake documents about the data of the members of the team. This can be known by following up on the various social media channel of the team member to check for coherence on information provided.

but it is very difficult to know the criteria of a fraud project through whitepapper, most whitepapers seem real or valid. but certainly the fraudulent project that I often meet they are one of the members who have a bad reputation and are also not active in updating their projects.

Yes, the whitepaper is made to attract investors and is made as good as possible and sometimes looks unrealistic. Many people always see the whitepaper and developer team first, but in my opinion if the project always communicates the development of the project, I think the project is good and worthy of being used as an investment

Been there done that, I questioned a lot of projects in the telegram channel and got banned on some of them, when they are exposed they cannot keep up answering those questions, they opted or choose to ban you than answer all those questions, they thought it would make things easy for them.

I would like to comment further. I have worked on many fraud projects and I have known there are scam projects very professional and we can not use these factors to identify.
What's even more important is the date of the team lock token and how much% of total supply the team plans to release. it's only in the whitepaper and sometimes they don't write it down We have to say, if they're ambiguous, stay away from that project.

The team refuses to release information about themselves no idea about team members. Also they refuse to address individual questions, queries and concerns about their project. When they fail to have a mutual communication or keeps talking about price increment of tokens, such acts are shady.

Thats quite obvious reasoning for a shady project but lets face the fact that no matter how good the project and transparent in the very beginning. but we can't be sure how it will end, like the one i'm invested ICO project! before it was transparent and responsive in telegram chat  but things go wrong because of greed the team was suddenly vanished with millions that was raised during the ICO campaign including my $600 dollard worth of Eth. i feel angry offcourse but ive learn to let it go and start again.

That's the saddest thing in our part as a bounty hunter, they think us was like a beggar and nothing to them, they will just use
us for their own benefits to get fund others. Then, once the project is done a lot of alibi's from them you will see and if you are one of their community don't expect that you will be compensate to your task what you did for them. At least all the statement you've said was all true and correct.

Not only that their website is full of lies and deceit like team members are fake people or photoshopped,  one has to go to the scam section and check these projects, but they are stealing the whitepaper from old projects and recycling it to make a new concept to the investors.

Some of them are hiring people from fiver and Facebook and linked we all know that you can put anything in a social media site and no one will know that you are really that person.

All of those are very telling signs that the project in which you are thinking of investing or you already invested is not what it seems but there are many other signs that indicate that a project is not legitimate, probably one of the most important is that the developers post fake information about themselves, this can take many forms for example they can lie about their identities, they could use fake pictures that they take from the Internet or they could fake their credentials and say that they are experts in a particular field when that is not the case.

Another very important sign that a project is a scam is that it's white paper has been plagiarized, if the developers are unable to write the technical information of their project most of the time that means that there is no project.

These ones has even gone to advanced stage and by the time the team is already showing this signs, it means they are just planning to exit the market, they must have made enough money they need to make from the ICO that is conducted, so this points that you have here can only assist those that are yet to make any investment in bitcoin after the project has concluded the ICO and not before the ICO.

As I've observed, good projects always have a clear roadmap in stages.  The important support team you need is always enthusiastic to provide new information of the project continuously.  Check the project carefully before joining, otherwise it will take your time.

As I've observed, good projects always have a clear roadmap in stages.  The important support team you need is always enthusiastic to provide new information of the project continuously.  Check the project carefully before joining, otherwise it will take your time.

Guys, it seems that today almost all administrators in all new projects are trying to cheat somewhere.  I don’t want to completely blame everyone for fraud, but those whom I often encountered hide information about projects, the amount of funds raised, and it happens that they deceive users into their telegram group to visually increase the community of their project and much more.  I believe that such manipulations adversely affect the rating and the credibility of the project itself.  I believe that if the future is really interesting and has a future, then it will work with good results without deception and manipulation.
