A lot of customers will be very excited to see this platform launches. Will this be sports betting or also live betting? The most excitement will be in the live betting for most users.

We hope people will be excited to use the platform, gosha - thanks!

Exbet is a sports betting exchange - we will offer betting pre-match and live (during matches). Is that what you were asking?

Any expected dates for the official launch of the platform?betfair!

Hi unouresha - it's tough right now to give any indication on dates, because the plan right now is to launch only when the major sporting events and leagues have started up again. And there is obviously huge uncertainty about when that will be. Just in the past few days we are seeing big discussions and differences in opinion regarding reschedule of NFL, MLB, Tour De France, F1, Wimbledon, Rugby... and of course all Soccer leagues.

We will keep a watching brief and update all our followers as soon as we have concrete news on launch.

I thought the platform is already live,.. i can access the site now.

anyway.

I am a sports bettor, and to TBH, I have not tried betting exchange yet, I've heard for betfair but it does not interest me.
now, that I have visited your site, I might try to check on how it works, but right now I can't do that since NBA is on pause, so maybe when it resume.

Hello Finestream!

The platform is not live yet - we just have a landing page at exbet.io where you can sign up for the Exbet newsletter.

We hope you will come and try out sports betting on an exchange when we launch. We will have NBA betting (when it starts again).

You can take both sides of a bet and set your own prices on a betting exchange. You can even trade bets like trading the stock exchange, or crypto prices - it is a whole world of possibilities compared to traditional sportsbooks like bet365 or Pinnacle.

Thanks for the information, I was too quick to judge without reading comments here, the site is live so I thought the platform was live.

Anyway, I think you have an interesting platform, and yes I will try to check the site once its fully launch, and I'll try to put a little review here.

Hi sportbettor!

It was unexpected - but cool - to see this review of exbet.io, especially given that we haven't launched the platform yet. We look forward to seeing better liquidity than you review suggests, but many of the points in the review seem fair to us.

Thanks for the review and taking time to share the link.

Hello, I want to participate in the closed beta of exbet.io ...... The commission of 1% is excellent compared to competitors ... It would be desirable to use stablecoin instead of BTC
Bitcoin is far more preferable for online cryptocurrency gambling that stable coin. So I don't know who's desires you mean, I know for sure not the rest. Also how many top stable coin do you think can be desired by these sites

If you want to have more chances of success as an exchange it is to cover the 2 markets (cryptocoin & fiat).
I recommend having accounts in BTC & USDT

Hi BIT-BENDER!
There are a lot of different opinions on this. Why do you think that Bitcoin is so much more preferable for online gambling compared to stablecoins?

Hi elabor77

Sure, we agree that offering both fiat and crypto support allows a betting exchange to appeal to the widest possible audience.

But the key challenge for a betting exchange here is to do this in a way that doesn't dilute liquiidty.

For example, consider the 1x2 market for Barcelona vs Real Madrid on a betting exchange - would you have two 1x2 markets for that match - one denominated in BTC and one in USD? Then you are splitting the money into smaller, non-connected pools, and making it harder again to build liquidity (which is hard enough anyway!).

There are various ways to cross-match between those two example 1x2 markets, or even to have one market denominated in USD with a fixed BTC-USD rate for the duration of the market.

Here at Exbet we're thinking hard on these challenges, because we agree with your basic statement - offering both fiat and crypto support gives users the most choice and the best product, if done right.

Interesting that Bundesliga may resume as early as mid-May according to latest reports:
https://sports.yahoo.com/bundesliga-could-resume-mid-may-sports-ministers-132720150--sow.html

We'd be surprised to see restart come quite that soon, but it will be interesting to see how this develops differently in different countries. Netherlands and France have already cancelled top leagues, of course.

Anyone willing to offer any predictions on other leagues/sports? Our guess is that Premier League will be cancelled but that Liverpool will be awarded the title.

Hi exbet.io
an optimal solution covering the 2 fiat & crypto markets, could be having accounts in stablecoin (for example USDT)
