Regarding your replies:
2- Yes, that's it. I didn't know this page existed. I used to always click on My Bets. This is good but it would be great if we can choose exact dates and also if we can see P/L for more than 3 months back.
3- Yes, of course I understand everything takes time.
4- I understand that security is a big issue, but perhaps you can see how other sites are doing it and just do what they are doing. For example, Fairlay keeps me logged in until I shutdown the computer. If you can at least increase the default login time to 5-6 hours, at least for now, that would be great. But, please do something about this, this is really a pain in the ass. Imagine once your site receives lots of traffic and liquidity, and once there's lots of action in the markets people need to be logged in all the time, being logged out and logging in again can make them miss a bet or even worse it may make them unable to cancel a bet, and once people lose money this way they will never come back to your site.

6- It's unfortunate that you will not change the minimum stake soon, this will make you lose lots of business. I for one, on many occasions I wanted to take a bet on your site, then because of the minimum stake/0.1 increment, I had to place the bet elsewhere.

Regarding my bets history, it only shows me my bets from "30-01-2021 16:21 Bayern Munich v Hoffenhiem", the ones before aren't showing. The same applies to the Profit/Loss page.

We're glad this was what you were looking for. We're looking to expand the filtering options here, similar to your suggestions.

We take these reasonable comments on board and will continue to keep the possibility open of changing minimum stake.

OK, we have tested this and can see records further back. We suggest trying a hard refresh.
But history should show more consistently than it is for you - we will continue to investigate.

We made an update to Exbet yesterday, here's what's new:

1. NEW Market Data feature



- Click on the Market Data icon to see the whole orderbook for that selection
- In future, we will be adding matched amounts here also
- Only available to logged-in users

2. Fix to allow backing/laying against existing bets regardless of funds
As raised by Intrepidity and ziadmar. Looking forward to them testing this out

3. Improvements to mobile responsive UI for orderbook and general navigation

4. Using cards to improved Funding UX on mobile

Oh and did we mention Test Match liquidity arrived?

Great update Exbet team(Especially the Cricket part). Great timing to be honest considering that the India-England series is about to start soon along with the other ongoing test matches between other teams.

Already placed a bet on India earlier where the liquidity was already decent, but I will probably place another bet on England too since its liquidity is fine now.

Good improvement as gamblers not need to re-log after some hours of not using the platform,  sometimes it's annoyed when you just comeback after assessing what event to bet and see that you need to log back to use the site. This adjustment will give bettors enough time to keep checking and sorting games that they are familiar with, giving them good glimpse of particular events that will come and choose what particular sports or what team/players to place their bets /trades.

I have some more suggestions which might be interesting:

1- Under “Matched Bets” on the right side of the market, it would be nice to have the exact time and date in which the bet was matched and to be able to view the matched bets in order of their matching time. Currently, the default order is according to odds.

2- It would be nice to be able to view the markets in the order of the most matched bets. Perhaps you can also add the total of matched bets on the main page next to each market.

3- Live matches are a bit hidden and I think this explains the lack of in-play liquidity. I believe they should be visible first thing on the main page without having to click on the Live tab.

Regarding the withdrawal limit, is it per day? The withdrawal fee (0.272 mB) is a bit high, especially if there’s a withdrawal limit. So for example, if I need to withdraw 5000 USD, I need to make 2 withdrawals and pay the withdrawal fee twice?

I guess it is per day since I observed this in most crypto gambling sites and I agree that the withdrawal fee is high which is why it's better if they reduce this fee or add more cryptocurrencies whose fees are lower in comparison.

If neither of these improvements are made, some gamblers could probably shift to other sites where they wouldn't need to deal with these issues.

I read somewhere that you need to complete your KYC in order to increase your withdrawal limits though it's better to verify this with their customer support.

I have some more suggestions which might be interesting:

Understood - small tweaks like that can make a tangible improvement to UX, we'll feed that through to Exbet product team.

We see this the other way around - once we see consistent in-play liquidity on Exbet (via market makers), it will be worth displaying these liquid markets to users on the home page. We still have some work to do on our API before we expect market makers to commit to providing in-play liquidity, but we are making good progress here. Exbet users should start to see in-play liquidity grow in the coming months.

The withdrawal fee on Exbet consists only of what the Bitcoin blockchain itself requires to process the transaction. Unlike many other exchanges and sportsbooks, Exbet does not add any extra margin on top of  the basic Bitcoin blockchain transaction fee. A small but significant advantage for Exbet users.

The withdrawal limit is per transaction. So, in your example - yes, you would need to make two withdrawals. As Haunebu says, once an Exbet user has completed KYC, the per transaction limit is substantially increased. These issues are described in more details in Section 5 of Exbet's T&Cs: https://exbet.io/terms-and-conditions.

Transaction fees on many popular blockchains (Bitcoin, Ethereum) are high at the moment, mostly due to increased prices of the core token and/or increased number of transactions. At Exbet we are always looking at ways to minimize costs for our users, and we are considering adding alternative deposit/withdraw options later in 2021. More news on that as we have it.
