Yes, we have some big changes to currency and payment options planned for second half of 2021. Agree that users want support for multiple coins, plus the ability to choose low fee networks. Here at Exbet we love Bitcoin but we are not maxis, and we hope to provide currency options that suit everybody. More news when we have it 


Would also like to take this opportunity to congratulate India on an incredible fifth day Test win against England today. Amazing cricket match, hard to beat the drama on a day like this. Thank you both for posting here.

Since yesterday, we are experiencing issues caused by one of our data feed suppliers. We have now identified what the issues is, and how it was caused, and we expect it to be resolved by tomorrow (Monday) at the latest. User funds are in now way affected by this issue. Matched bets will be honoured.

We are very sorry to all Exbet customers that they have not been able to use Exbet for the past 24+ hours.

We have posted Exbet status updates on Twitter. We realize now that we owed bitcointalk an update also, and we apologize for this oversight - the whole team has been busy investigating this issue and communicating with data feed supplier to find the optimal solution.

Exbet is back online.

We have resolved the issue caused by a third party data provider. We are currently implementing fallback systems that will in future allow us to handle similar incidents with minimal impact for our users.

Sometimes there are errors on the site due to the site has to be taken down for maintenance immediately.
If you follow them on twitter they have updated on the same day that Exbet is down and they are working on it.

That's the best thing they could do at that time if any unexpected error occurred at their site.

It is nice to see that you are active here in publishing announcements to the community. Because some sites, they just do their maintenance without any news or announcements. So you feel that they are about to exit when their site is down without any notification.

On another note, are you going to hold any contest or marketing campaign as I feel that betting exchange in this forum is not very popular as compared to regular casinos? Or have you reached your target players to sustain your operations already?

Many times some websites have to go into urgent maintenance due to unexpected issues, as a result of which they cannot always go into maintenance by making announcements. If a website suddenly goes into maintenance, it does not mean that the website is exiting.

But yes, before any kind of update, the team should prioritize the community members and then go to maintenance. This is a very good activity that Exbet has done.
