If the text was created after the date that text from Wikipedia was created then the permaban was wrongly placed but if it was the opposite and he literally just copied the content from Wikipedia then he did really commit plagiarism on his part. And since that the edit history was in Russian I can't really confirm nor deny what post came first whether it was from kolinyaka or from Wikipedia, but judging how the post was copied word for word I doubt that kolinyaka did create his own post and I really doubt that someone just edited a Wikipedia page just to make him look like a plagiarizer here in the forum.
