Trusted escrow

Hi everyone, I'm a newbie of the forum!
I'm looking for a trusted escrow (person or society) for doing small transaction in BTC, don't care about fees; I'm only afraid about scams...

Surfing the net I've found some names and some society, anyone knows something about:
-Bitspend
-IBC Group
-Bitrated
-SetEscrow

And also I've red in the forum that some people here are very trusted escrow, can you tell me something about Monbux and OgNasty??

Don't know if it's the same company, but a company called BitSpend using the same URL exit scammed several years ago. Also, their website looks very unprofessional, with template images from website creator tools still being used, and social media links that lead nowhere.

SetEscrow doesn't exactly have glowing feedback, with funds disappearing for days at a time:

I've never used Bitrated, but it at least gets decent reviews, and I've never even heard of IBC Group. The only one of those 4 I would even consider using would be Bitrated.

Having said that, a better option would still be to use one of the trusted escrow providers on this forum. See the link in the reply above or this one: Recommended bitcointalk escrow services

The seller proposed me to use SafepayBTC.net, unfortunatly is a third party vendor so I can’t use a forum member as a escrow... anyone knows something about safepaybtc.net?? Thanks you very much

Based on my quicked research so far so good but if you are going to ask me I won't trust a website that offers escrow because we don't know their trust issue. You can refer on this link I saw a link that gives a review on SafepayBTC.

i think Monbux is not providing an escrow right now because he is already offline from Feb 2019 and for OgNasty, i think he is the highest or oldest escrow service in the forum until now with More than 19K BTC transferred

A lack of issues is not good enough.

If you do a web search for SafepayBTC you will find a handful of scam accusations, and zero good reviews. Just because there haven't been a lot of scam accusations doesn't mean you should trust them. You should be looking for an escrow who has an extensively documented trading history and a number of positive reviews. Their website doesn't even use HTTPS. Big red flag. I'd also be very wary of the seller who is recommending the shady service to you. Are they reputable? Do they have a positive trading history? This could well be a scam.

Just because the seller is a third party doesn't mean you can't use one of the suggested forum escrows. In fact, the seller refusing to consider an escrow which you have suggested makes me think even more that they are trying to scam you.

You are right that monbux will not provide escrow service because of what you mention about monbux being offline starting from feb 20 until this day but we really don't know that monbux might be online again. It's better that you will choose the trusted escrow that will be keeping your transactions scam free like OgNasty as your escrow.

I haven't heard anything about your mentioned escrow services. It would be best to use escrow service provided by one of trusted Bitcointalk members. You can find list here:

But if seller isn't very familiar with Bitcointalk, I'm afraid that he may reject using these escrow services. But if he refuse to use it, I think it would be best not buy from him and just move on.

Then try some person first here in the forum, especially those some trusted and has a good reputation in terms of escrow services here in the forum.
You can also try to DarkStar_, Hhampuz, bl4nkcode, etc.

Just hit them with a PM and try to ask if they are available for some escrow services, or you can visit their particular thread about their escrow service.
