First, if you cannot explain here in full detail, then its not worth anyone time. Heck, you dont go to an investor telling them you need money but wont pitch to them, tell them what your business is about, etc. That is a extremely good way to get rejected or ignored.

Secondly, You would need a valid collateral that is 120% of what youre asking that can be liquidated easily upon default. I would suggest reading the first and second post of https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=577765.0 before replying and if you have valid collateral that is 120% of youre asking amount to tell us what it is. If you dont you would be better locking this thread.

I will say this is something you really should take to a bank. If your business is "making pretty good profits" then a bank wouldnt have any reason to turn you down. Maybe even reach an angel investor or venture capitalist if this is a realistic business that can grow 50 folds than just one of your generic business. Here, your business really dont mean much since you dont have trust, and no valid collateral, and no your business isnt valid collateral. Ownership, share in profit, etc., isnt valid here either since ownership cannot be liquidated easily and tbh isnt worth as much as one would believe and on top of that would cost more for the investor when trying to recover anything (if anything is even left). Shares in profit is "future income" and isnt valid and plus there isnt any promises of profit so it would be worthless either way.

Keep in mind, you asked in a lending section so even if something is stated as an "investment" it will automatically be classified as a loan.

Show or tell a little about of your business so that anyone can see it and might be interested to fund you up. +/- €1000 isnt really that much though but no one would throw out even a cent if they arent sure on whats being offered. Why not do took some loan offline?

The question is,does he really offer something? or just simply lowered out the amount so that the attempt of scam wont really be that obvious? We have seen in the past on how many scammers using up this alibis or reasons on having a working or profiting business and they want to add up or extent with the help of funding from other people but mostly they do require millions or hundreds of thousands and as our common sense works its impossible for scammers to succeed this one and now they are trying to lower the amount to make it more realistic and there might be some people who do believe that this is some true and serious project.You are right that there should be some outline here on whats the business is all about not just saying something that its been profiting.
