I do not know a lot about this project but one thing I know is this, when it comes to IEO there is one thing that matters and that is the exchange the IEO is taking place on. This is because, there is a kind of belief that projects having their IEO on top exchanges are regarded as good projects. In addition to that, IEO on top exchanges have a great chance of success and of course higher chance of profit. Now if the project is one that is really good, having an IEO on a good exchange will most likely pump the price well.
Therefore, what I am driving at is, nowadays, most investors having seen that most new projects finds it hard keeping up to their promises now invests in a project they know can give them profit within a little time possible and having IEO on top exchanges makes that happen.
As for this project and the exchange, the exchange is likely a small exchange meaning it have low volume, and thus in my own opinion, and considering other projects that had IEO on smaller exchanges, the chances of success might be low.
