It is a common myth that Bitcoin is ruled by a majority of miners. This is not true. Bitcoin miners "vote" on the ordering of transactions, but that's all they do. They can't vote to change the network rules.

thanks for that list buddy . atleast the op know and other users here know if what country cryptos are allowed and what are not  . being restricted and being banned are i think the same  both disallows the use of cryptos but i think being restricted is more lighter  . you can still use cryptos but as long as you are careful that you will not get caught but for a country that ban crypto , all access to sites and merchants are not available anymore  . good thing that im not from those countrys  Smiley

Being banned and being restricted are not the same, being banned means it has complete ban for crypto usage,so even having cryptos is a crime in that countey but in restricted countries you can hold any cryptos and even buy from the websites and pay anything you want if its legal in your country but restriction applies on certain part for example in India their central bank banned cryptos so any transactions related to cryptos in their banks is like an offence so anyone from India can't use their bank accounts with exchange to buy cryptos.
