Ethereum Bullish trend

I am looking at the chart of Ethereum at this very minute. And it appears red. So the bulls are not here. And there seems to be no trend showing that either. Well, Bitcoin and most of the altcoins are also in red, although with very small percentage. ETH has currently a 0.55% decrease in price. That is not something to be bothered about. It could go either way in the next hour or two. ETH needs to break $200, to get out of this $100 limit and appear bullish.

Anyone with a blog or a social media presence can be called an analyst and that is the world we live now a days. If someone think that the bullish trend in ETH will be here anytime soon, they need to come up with a good explanation on why that is rather than giving out charts and other data which are just bogus in my experience in the market. The ETH market exploded when the token market was in full swing and now we have a clarity that majority of the tokens were scams or the projects have shut down. So what makes ETH interesting again, my answer for now is none. I have bitcoin and i am happy with it and that does not mean that i am not holding ETH, i used to mine ETH and i am holding a huge amount and if the price rallies then i will be more than happy to off load everything .

I hope you don't dump it all when sudden rise of value initiated quickly. This might caused sudden price fall, and it triggers possible panic. If you're holding too much don't sell them at once, it could be done by batches and if you don't really need the funds badly, alway keep holding until such time ethereum reaches the expensive one.

No explanation can be convincing for a sober-minded person. We do not know the future. And believing others in word can be bad for investments.
And the recent rise vs BTC may be another trap. Indeed, in fact, now there is no reason for the ethereum rise. Although it looks encouraging.

First of all, i was going to disagree but after studying the source, it's pretty interesting take and gave me lot to think about so thanks.
I have made much better predictions on the long run then in a short time, so long time ago i was sure that eth would start bull run around this time or in august would be the bottom. Now i when it dropped before august i am constantly second guessing myself even though i have no reason to do it. I have too many opposite ta projections to think clearly so it feels good to have more thoughts supporting my original plan.

It's difficult for ETH to establish any sort of tangible uptrend while BTC is still sluggish, that's just my opinion.

It could rally against BTC, but at the end of the day, it will be significantly harder to generate FOMO the size of 2017 when the value of ETH in relation to USD isn't increasing. And that ultimately is what drives price hikes in the majority of altcoins, including ETH in this case.

I'd say that ETH wouldn't be the most terrible investment right now, but I'd look at the 0.02 BTC support and clarify that first before entering the market.

We are still living in hopes and seeing sooner a bull run. A lot of blogs and news focusing on crypto, some of them are in negative and positive thoughts. Not actually where to believe nor to say whos telling the right but we are just the same, it is all their speculations and we have different market perspectives as well.

This will be all a market drama, it is just talking and far from what it really happen in the future. There is no crystal ball in crypto where we could see what next.

The price of ETH will always be depend on demand and use cases of the coins.

I don't understand why everyone is making such a huge fuss about the current stage. Have we forgotten ETH was only a few months ago at $90? Or even less?

Any altcoin almost if you see today's stage compared to the yearly low is in almost 100% profit. What's the big deal?

ethereum has a lot of good news but ethereum will not be able to go up if no one buys it, which means that good news is not enough, now there must be investors who really support ethereum to be able to raise their prices.

That good news is an effort to bring in investors who will increase ethereum demand in the market. without good news for the future, I am sure there will be no investors who will invest even in assets as large as ethereum. basically, the update is the main way to convince investors and traders that the product is still running and being developed.

ETH platform is a very promising that it will sure soon have it's time. I still buy and hold some whenever I have extra earning. I'm still holding ETH and BTC even after 2017 ATH and just use other alts for trading. Let's just hope it will come soon so all our holdings and waiting will all worth it.

Nowadays I don't really believe on price forecasts and press releases on crypto markets as they often disappoints expectations of the people. But assuming this is true, then I believe that not only Ethereum  will flourish but all the other major alts as well!

Are you implying that Ethereum price will only rise when the bull market for altcoin come?

More or less yes I am! since I consider ETH as the premier altcoin next to Bitcoin and also ETH has also market pairs with other altcoins that I think its price is correlated with them in one way or the other.

In fact even right now, I don't think Ethereum is bullish but considering its overall network value and its ever growing ecosystem, then there is a very high chance ETH's price could recover in a matter of months and even reach its ATH before, its just that we don't know yet the exact time frame on when this will likely to happen again,  hopefully very soon!

There was a small hope on the previous week but that was just a bull trap since after reaching $200+ it goes back to sub $200, seems a higher low event.  As of the trend I think ETH is still on the current bear market.

I believe so. It is not only ETH thas has suffered from these market uncertainties but all the altcoins as well! Yet if we see ETH in a long perspective, together with its rising fundamentals, ETH will eventually rebound at the soonest time possible. Imho.

what do you expect? Have more assets in your portfolio? so now you do, the market is really good if you want to buy it. but to sell you should not, or buy with assets that you have with other assets. it is a loss.

ETH price not at bullish trend. Because BTC doesn’t not give permission to any coin go on bullish.
Today market start to crash again by BTC. By the way ETH is one of the strongest coin which resist to BTC movements.

As we consider ETH 2.0 and staking functionality of ETH which is planning for January 2020, it is possible to see bullish trend from ETH earlier than other coins.
As ETH is the signal of alt seasons, we may see alt season with ETH

The fact is that it is very difficult to predict any results on the cryptocurrency market and almost always all forecasts do not coincide with reality.  Although in a stable market for the analysis of indicators, it is possible to predict the development of events for a certain period, but not in the current situation.  It seems to me that what is happening with ETH can only change if the team works to improve the ethereum, which will increase the technical characteristics, including the speed of transactions, which in turn will attract more investors.  But the future of ethereum depends on us, and more precisely on our investments.
