Can't you ask that amount to a friend or another family member? Why ask for a loan? You don't have that amount? And if not, how you plan on paying the loan?

Print the paper wallet, as you would do and give it to her. Say "learn about it", I will be funding it witjh $X every week for X weeks. Could do $50/week for 4 weeks, that way she understands how to receive, send, store all in present.

Fact of the matter - you will not get 0.025 BTC (or anything much at all) without proper ability-to-repay verification OR collateral..

I'm a newbi as you and i cant even get 0.0015 loan with escrow..you have 0 chance.
U have to bring real proof of collateral, isnt so easy. None will trust you for almost 200$..
