I have discovered some nice project admin, one will like  to work with them, they take their time to respond to you as each person is important to them, likewise, I have noticed from the responses and interaction of some project manager and bounty admin some hash responses, sometimes they may react to your messages as if you had issues before, and this should not be, they act like we have enough people who likes our project. We know some members may also be provoking but not all. In the same vein. Should admin too be so temperamental?

Perhaps they shouldn't but you can't really stop anyone from being an asshole on an intertubes forum. You're free to not do business with people whom you don't like. It's not a Meta topic so please move it somewhere appropriate and fix the misleading title.

As long as one doesn't ask stupid questions, doesn't advertise for campaigns when they aren't active posters, doesn't spam or burstpost just to complete their posts, doesn't pm bounty managers in a bid to lobby them, then I do not think it's possible to have any issues with bounty managers.

The problem is majority of people do not read, they prefer to ask questions that most times answers have been given to, and all they need to do is just to either go to the first or subsequent pages of the thread to read such answers.

The first I read the title I think the admin that  OP meant is theymos, because here is meta board.
You should move this topic to reputation board for reputations topics kind.

Use this:
use 'move topic' at bottom left corner.

I'm saddened by the fact that the sig campaigns and bounty threads are continuing to take over Bitcoin Talk. I suspect that this is one of the reasons that I don't post as much these days. Would it be possible to keep all these topics, and the campaign effluent, in the underworld here? Bitcoin seems to be at a really exciting and interesting point in its growth, and I feel that this should be the main focus of the form - together with some of the reputable altcoins of course. I think you are referring to Bounties and signature campaigns managers here on bitcointalk. If a bounty / Signature manager declines our application or do not accept us for any reason, we consider him as harsh. Also it is not possible for them to keep thier kool when they get bombardments of msgs and PMs to get into the campaign.

I'm afraid but we have to find out our interest our self in this forum. To get interesting valuable information about bitcoin & altcoin we have dedicated threads like Bitcoin discussion and altcoin discussion but these are considered as spam mega threads and we have to get our way through them to find some useful information.

Hihi, love what you did here!

It's not a Meta topic so please move it somewhere appropriate and fix the misleading title.

And here goes my hope that theymos snapped and banned either CH or GP.

I would love to see a rule banning people wearing an altcoin/token/ICO signature from posting outside the alt section....but that's not going to happen, not even worth discussing.

Each person do have different behavior, you might able to face up some good and too emotional/short tempered ones but on a business like this they shouldnt
behaved like that because it will affect out the entire community if one of the leaders or admins will act just like that.It might be a basic one but this one give some
impressions towards the project. Also these managers and admin are just being hired which they dont have the right to act one but there are circumstances where solely the admin is the one who do handle out their own project.

I work as telegram moderator/admin and the hassle is there especially if there's an issue floating and  you should know that they earned so much pressure for the questions and inquiries ask by community and participants so be considerate on them (although there are others who inborn as jerk) and try to see if they delivers and still working on other issues but if not then you can judge them by that matters.

AFAIK,We should call them as devs not admin(s).Yes he should be more responsibile because people trusting their project and investing their money into something which don't have any worth yet and lot of devs were doing good and more responsible until they reach their goal cap value in sales after that they may not be found like before.

I would recommend that you don't use the word "admin" but instead use the word "manager" for both project and bounty managers since this are really their real positions and admins are only used as a term for the ones in charged of running the forum. But if there is really a real abuse happening done by the bounty/project managers it would really be helpful if you just identified them and not make this thread as hypothetical as it will help us understand the "abuse" you are talking about. But commonly we don't deal with things regarding on how managers run their campaign as technically they are the ones running it and they have the last say on who is joining and who is not for their campaign.

Admins should strive to be calm all the time when talking to their respective community but there are times when some people will just take you out of your element. Anyone who gets bombarded by stupid questions every time will lose it at some point.

For the stress they get for sure there temper will burst that's why you can see them getting angry once they had enough on there works, that's why sometimes we should understand them since there job is not easy and if they miss someone then totally a big hassle from there side. But we cannot deny the fact that there are people who just born to be a natural asshole and we should prolong our patience so that we will not complicate things and turn the situation to worst scenario.
