The following week was predominantly driven on the development of the platform regarding LIUM’s main frame work.
1. RND Development
LIUM started on the contemplation on the concept of its web page.
In addition, although the production of the landing page and main page are in creation, the web layout concerning the design and service concepts, as well as the theme of the web page which decides the overall mood of the page is in consideration.
Whether a dark colored theme to express a deliberate concept, or a whether an application of a bright colored theme to give a fresh look of concept is currently under debate.

LIUM is a blockchain platform that utilizes the combination of ERC-20 (Etherium) and a Hyperledger, and the developments for its functions are continuing in development.

On January 15th 2020, the LIUM team productively completed their meet-up talk concert. What is the LIUM SOLUTION?
The LIUM platform provides all transactions particularly for those who convey problems regarding intermediaries. These complications and conflicts often comprise of excessive fees, misleading information as well as personal information leakages. The reporter is given rewards for the right doing and penalty is given to the prohibited for their wrong. If one receives two yellow cards, they will be removed from the platform and the information which will be saved through LIUM’s block chain technology. This system was built to intend all users to provide only with correct information.

2) Peer Review

The LIUM platform comprises of an evaluation system where users are to assess one another after each matching has been completed. The given period for each evaluation is one week, and the faster the assessment has been completed, users are to be compensated with higher rewards. The system also comprises a reporting function in which where one can apply others for punishment if they feel they have received too little of scores or reports. The rules for this system are equivalent to that of the penalty system. Additionally, if one who has been reported feels that the report is unreasonably intended, they may speak their opinions within 7 days through a 1:1 chatting system provided by LIUM.

Smart matching will be possible by applying AI. What can LIUM offer to job searchers? The issue of untrustworthy information is not only for employers but also for candidates too. It is very common to show higher salary, facilities, working hours, requirements and other working conditions on the job post which differs from real conditions. Also, the personal information of the users is not well protected because of the scammers in the network and no rewards are given for the provided information. With LIUM it will be totally different as every transaction will be recorded in smart contracts and users get rewarded for providing their personal information. The balance between the layout and the amount of information that should appear on the page took many thoughts of consideration.
I’ve been thinking a lot about how to balance the layout and the amount of information that can appear on a page.
There are many expectations and prospects towards the reactions we will receive from the users. Starting on the February of 2020, more webpages and blockchain systems will be developed. Please keep updated with us for these upcoming services.
Subsequently, the Axure MockUp Took has also been introduced for the webpage.



This allows the understanding of the structure of the entire webpage as well as inspecting responses. This has resulted in high productivity.
LIUM has also in progress with occupying with the network of its blockchain. Its initial block, organization, channel, peer certificate and ordering of its node system work has all been underway.


2. Media
The LIUM team is currently working on a marketing project where the team members are to originate with their own perceptions of the previously upheld meetup talk concert on Wednesday 15th of December 2020. The LIUM team has been split up into two different team making two diverse marketing videos of their own formations to market their individual LIUM videos. Since some members of the team did not particularly have any experience with the making and creation of the video making itself, although the notion of the idea in itself was admirable, some members are having distress getting used to the program as it has many complications for beginners. Nonetheless, just as the LIUM team always does, with their passion and perseveres high expectations are at rise for their upcoming productions.

1. RND Development

The previous week was spent to show the status of the production of the main page as well as the landing page of JOBUS.
Currently, the LIUM team is working on the launching of the service.
To enhance and expose the things that best describe my ability, create a profile that fits my expertise.
Formerly, all job searches were done through previous career experiences, thus, people who did not have any were not able to appeal their special talents in the eyes of the companies were not able to do so.
However, JOBUS differs from other platforms by managing each profile individually, allowing the users appeal their abilities and strengths in each field distinctly.
It has made a transition from a phase of job searching from companies searching for people from a realm of individuals seeking for jobs in their own personal space.

2. Marketing

The LIUM team has spent the last week making their first marketing team, which turned out to be a great success. Although it was their first time to edit and make their own creation of videos, they got positive feedbacks and it seems like a bright future for the LIUM team to keep making creative outputs with their video works.

What is LIUM Solutions? (Part 2)

There are 5 solutions that LIUM will provide to its consumers.
These 5 solutions are the penalty system, evaluation systems amongst the users, rewards for every activity that the user does within the platform, Hyperledger Fabric, and lastly free matching.
This week will be focused on Reward System, Hyperledger Fabric and Liberalized Matching.

1. Reward System
The current existing reward system is primarily focussed on closed and impractical advertisements policies. This causes lack of motivation for users to provide the service with enhanced quality information, initiating no subsidy for the service providers. The LIUM platform however, compensates rewards for its users for all activities that they provide. Thus, allowing an environment where users are encouraged to continuously provide the platform with their information due to the high motivator of rewards.

2.Hyperledger Fabric
As the main net of LIUM, Hyperledger Fabric tolerates the system of a private network. The Hyperledger Fabric also allows the platform to set the privacy settings of information permitting no scope for unnecessary information. In addition, the disadvantage of block chain’s slow process rates are also obscured by the Hyperledger Fabric technology, and due to the lack of commission fees of transactions, lower service fees can be obtained for escrow within the matching functions of the platform.

3. Liberalized Matching
Other intermediary platforms such as Saram In CO, Timon etc, provide precedence to those who pay a higher fee when retaining a good advertising position. Consequently, users are focused on these highly placed advertisements, therefore creating an environment where users are only to be matched with those who pay a high price. LIUM believes that these irrational system procedures should be obliterated. Thus, LIUM plans to give priority not based on the price paid by the users, but based on their personal preferences. This will construct a matching platform to better meet the users’ wants and needs.

During the last two previous weeks, the LIUM team operated on how they can design the platform so that the users utilize JOBus in a way best appeal their profile for their job searches to maximize their match to best fit their professional experiences and interests. The designs were carefully attentive to exploit these advantages so that the users of our platform can best use their features in our services.

The LIUM team is currently updating their new versions of their whitepaper. As much as it is LIUM’s definitive goal to become a global service, their whitepaper will once again be updated in multiple languages including Chinese, English etc. The Korean version of the whitepaper is currently accomplished in terms of its texts, and it’s under progress of completing its designs. Blockchain seems to be the big issue in today’s society yet, what exactly is blockchain technology and what is it capable of? Blockchain in simple terms is basically a distributed ledger where encrypted data and records are duplicated and reproduced between its contributors or nodes. It also cannot be altered or deleted making it different from the technology that was existent in the past.

Initially, it’s life changing technology. There is so many reason that we can say that blockchain is life changing technology. Blockchain provides protection from manipulation with information. Actually, it is extremely safe. It offers great amount of security and excellent transparency. When we look this kind of reasons, we can definitely set that it’s changing technology. Moreover, It’s decentralized nature and the fact that a hacker or bad person can not enter the system.

Also, the infrastructure of high performance computers is complex and expensive. It is requiring expertise to operate them and separate human resources for management operations. If we consider these things, to solve all of problems, we need blockchain technology. It is using peer to peer to systems that is solve the problem of centralization.

Due to the fact that the outline of front-end functions and search engines for people seeking for employment seemed to be happening to frequently, this week will be based upon the details of the backend work. Although all details of the work can not be revealed at this point, a brief overview of the operations going on will be discussed.
API SERVER
Membership registration utilized by various SNS servicers for quick registration, and the production of e-mail notification functions have currently been completed. Furthermore, series of tasks related to the OTP authentications as well as other authentication methods are currently under progress.
MIDDLEWARE SERVER
The role of the middleware server is significantly important as it will play the part of transmission between the mixed utilization of erc-20 and hyperledger blockchain.
Presently, the link to erc-20 with the hyperledger’s blockchain network, CA nodes, inquiry nodes as well as the transaction generating nodes are being developed.
COIN SERVER
