Actually there is tons of user blatantly selling accounts on Marketplace>Account & Invites section. They can't stop since they are using external website to host the store for the Bitcointalk accounts.
Here are the fun facts about them, they are willing to transact using escrow that's why they still have customers since they can perform the smooth and safe transactions on both buyers and sellers.

And that's where the scamming comes in, all possible sold items and trust on that account on that shoppy website is also came from that seller.

Correct, and also all seven 'positive generic reviews' from shoppy are written recently and around the same time...

I believe that using shoppy "Auto-Buy URLs" and refraining from using escrow is sufficient reason to get a negative trust.
The low price of accounts "especially after the merit system" is further evidence of scam.

Generally putting a negative trust will not change the concepts. the losses resulting from the purchase of accounts and the merit system will make the sale of accounts unhelpful.

I agree with you.
Someone even tried to buy one of his 'accounts' on that Shoppy link of his,
and got scammed and wrote a message thta password is not working.
I would never buy or Sell Bitcointalk account.
