I'm having an anxiety attack mycelium bitcoin balance gone after update

My balance and transaction history is gone after I updated it from the play store. I'm suffering from a manic panic attack I've tried everything. I've clear cache restarted my phone reloaded the account I Uninstaller it and reinstall it with my 12 keywords and after I install it all my transactions and accounts and balance is gone it stays stuck on synch please help me recover my account I'm using the money to help my dying grand father and now my bitcoins are gone because I've updated the app. My stress is killing me.

If you have the 12 words, you should be fine. Since you're having problems syncing your wallet, try the following:

1. Install Electrum.
2. Restore the wallet using your seed. During that process (3rd screenshot), make sure to click "Options" and choose "BIP39".

Do not panic your Bitcoin are safe on the Blockchain. If you done everything and still it does not show up then download another wallet and use your seed words to recover your account. If you have the correct seed words and they are in the right order, you can use any wallet to recover your account.

HI im using my phone I don't have electrom? Why electrneum?? What happens if i choose bip39 I didn't see that option??

I believe that the Android version of Electrum does not support BIP39. Install the desktop version instead.

If you follow the guide I gave you before (screenshot #3) and click "Options", this window should open and allow you to tick "BIP39 seed" which is the standard that Mycelium uses.

i have the same issue  happend me after i update de mycellium app,  can i restore in android in other wallet than eelctrums?  which one you recomend?    well now i am very worry,  can some some one help me please i restored my micellium wallet in exodus android walletn then i only see a tiny fraccion of my btc there??     i then retored my seed in blockchain android wallet and see the same tiny amount ob btc,   what is going on?  can sone one tell me what i can do?   maybe some kind of hack?   i will check now the transaccions but with quick view  i dont see all my transaccions specially missings some deposites but i will check more carefully now.    please some one can help me?

hi there,  i just passe for the same situacion than you,  but i finlly get my btcs backs,   dont be afrai if you had your seeds,    the problem is  for recover you need a completely compatible wallet with mycellium for you get back the btc,   but your btc is not gone, they are there but a lot of program don recover it correctly,    if you still had not recovery in other wallet then check again mycellius and btc most be there. since the syn problem i think is over.   good luck and post your finall result please, i learn a lot from this experience.

You need to create different wallets and change the derivation path in Electrum if you had multiple "accounts" in Mycelium.

Electrum only supports 1 "Mycelium Account" per Electrum "wallet"... when you restore in Electrum, you just increment the "account" number value in the "derivation path" that is displayed on this screen:
