This is one peculiar "feature" of the Altcoin bounty projects. Did you simply hire just any bounty manager? no good trust, no positive reviews or reputation.
If you did not want issues such as this to happen wouldn't it have been better to spend more money on getting a good manager, a trustworthy one for your project.

Ask him why he hasn't distributed the tokens yet, only he can answer this and also ask about the ETH transaction.
Imo, this is the first thing you should do and act later according to his reply. A clear explanation from the manager can help DT to decide about their action.

Don't forget to inform him about this thread.

First this is not a Meta issue, it has nothing to do with the forum. You should move this to Scam Accusations or Reputation depending on how you want to proceed.

You will need to provide proof of the arrangement you made. Provide as much information as possible. What if any response have you received from the Bounty manager? I didn't see anyone posting in the last page of the thread asking about bounty payments so,you may want to link to whatever thread there are complaints, if it's all of forum, tell them to come to your accusation thread. You will also need to be the primary by applying your own feedback and creating the flag seeking support.

To move it go to the bottom left and select "move topic"

I sent them a PM requesting they respond here. Do you have anything that makes it easier to tie the forum account to the account of the person you are talking with in the screenshots? I don't have time at the moment to go through it all and I'm not great at connecting those dots. If they log into the forum and don't respond here, I'll place a negative on the account until they do. I'll also do so for the open scam accusation if someone ties the forum account to the telegram chat.

Left negative feedback and also supported flag, might consider deleting my flag support if the user returns both the token and ethereum sent to him but my feedback stays since the user has showcase some untrustworthy attributes. He's not worthy of been a manager since he doesn't take his responsibility seriously.

I also support the flag and unlikely to take it down, he is lucky to be a bounty manager there are so many bounty managers that have a better reputation than he has, and there are many new bounty managers that that wants to have a break but he wasted his chance, we have to make sure that this is the last bounty campaign that he has handled, he should give us a better explanation on his action.

Well, being a bounty manager is not an easy task to do having those thousands of users, if he can't do it properly and can't even communicate with the team or the participants itself then there must be wrong with him and he should not accept the offer/job in the very first place.

Participated in his bounty campaign Erosion (Signature and Avatar) ended a month ago tokens have not been transferred.
