But it's certainly okay if investors checked up these projects before investing in them. The rowdy atmosphere with projects everywhere can easily promote scam and unwholesome sharp practices. We just have to be very careful, anyway.

  Many projects are created. It is a good sign to revive the market because the projects created are not only to enrich the company but also to help the crypto market survive and grow. Today's market condition, it's very hard to name a new project that we can consider as good one. Most of the newly launch project will make sure that everything will be set. Starting from marketing,website,whitepaper,roadmap,team and also the slogan is part of it.

Most of them are just chanting but they are very useful for the project therefore whether you like it or not, a good project or a shit project will have this kind of feature in their project.

The reason is obvious. People are going crazy about the digital market and want to become rich like bitcoiners. Now good altcoins and specifically bitcoin are not cheap assets. So people want to get a lot out of little. This greedy nature is the main reason behind falling a victim for scams. It is best to  play the safe game. With this fact that scams are increasing, all investors should focus on old coins only.

It's easy access for scammers to keep creating projects that will lead them to scam those people who are still actively participating blindly.

Scammers are creating project where promises was build so attractive, the team will wait for anyone to invest and then runaway after having enough funds.

Keep repeating the cycle as long as there's victims that are willing to support them and feed their scammed projects.

The gain many of these projects do make in their ico funding has really attracted a lot of people to the crypto funding process and surely, we will see more of projects now and in the future coming to release their own project too in order to raise funds, but majority of them are going to be shit projects with no vision but just after the money alone, the worst time that they will rise is when ico market actually recovers and altcoin season arises.

You will see lots of dead project even coming alive too to also ask people for money to revive their project and it is strange how people have not understood the motive of these projects and yet still supporting them. We have already existing projects in the market that has virtually some technologies that we have for now, why not let us support them first as against these new projects?

99percents of projects on ANN threads are to be watched carefully, to me they are useless projects and they are to be avoided at all cost, what they are introducing are things that some old scam projects have done to scam people, if you watch them closely you will get some clues of what i am talking about

You did not specify if those new projects are those already in the market or those just holding an ICO, if you mean ICO there's really that many projects now in the ICO because investors have stopped investing in ICO.
if you think of projects that are already in the market, not all of them are worth investing, some of them are pump and dump coin and will eventually die in just a matter of time, there's a lot of projects or coin in the market not all of them are worth to be there only 10 to 20% deserves to be in the market.
