The grue lurks in the darkest places of the earth. Its favorite diet is adventurers, but its insatiable appetite is tempered by its fear of light. No grue has ever been seen by the light of day, and few have survived its fearsome jaws to tell the tale.

If you don't mind going through KYC, you can take a look at Coinbase. If that offer is not available in your region, you can try Paxful or Localbitcoins but you need to be careful, as there are plenty of scams.

Another option (can be risky as well) would be the currency exchange section. As you're the one using BTC, you can easily find people to trade with, just make sure you're dealing with trusted members (check their trust history on their profiles).

There are a number of members on this forum who can be trusted with PayPal deals.  I can pretty much vouch for gameristo, as he and I have done quite a few deals together and he's never done a chargeback.  Plus he always seems to be looking to buy bitcoin.

OP, how much are you looking to sell?  I've been looking to buy about $50 worth and started a thread in Currency Exchange but didn't get any bites yet.  If you're interested, drop me a PM.  If not, that's fine.  Just be very careful about who you're dealing with when on the receiving end of PP funds, because it's one of the ways people get scammed around here (and probably elsewhere too).  If you deal with a forum member, take a close look at their trust page before even considering a deal with them--and good luck.

Another option (can be risky as well) would be the currency exchange section. As you're the one using BTC, you can easily find people to trade with, just make sure you're dealing with trusted members (check their trust history on their profiles).
Just FYI, I did read your post before writing mine; I just wanted to reinforce the warning for OP.

Many sites that support the exchange, if you want to find sure you will find it and many are safe. Coinbase, ChangeX and Localbitcoins, I suggest using the site because I have already used it, just choose which one you like because all three have different fees or at least not much different.

Just look through mine and The Pharmacist's trust history. Anyone of the people we have done trades with and left feedback to will be fine to trade with. I can recommend gameristo as well. I've done probably 50 trades or more with him and have never had any issues with chargebacks or anything. And, as The Pharmacist said, he's always looking to buy Bitcoin. Really, anyone with a positive trust history will be safe to trade with. Just make sure there's no warnings about a recently changed e-mail or anything and you'll be fine. But, you'll probably have to send first to any of these people since you don't have any trust history. I've never once had a problem trading on here, but I don't trade with anyone that doesn't have a trust history.

What is the safest way to exchange my bitcoin to paypal ?
First thing you need to know is converting bitcoin using paypal is violating their terms so you are not completely safe by doing this.So what you have to do is find someone you can trust who is in need of paypal money and wanted to buy bitcoin so you may never be exposed.

This forum also has currency exchange where you can convert your bitcoin with trusted person on paypal transactions (note: having positive trust is not completely trusted person).I find yahoo also doing paypal transactions often so you can find his thread on currency exchange section wh is very trusted person here.

I verified my passport with the Coinbase and after they asked to verify my face via selfie camera. I have done that too. If you are unable to verify means there is some problem in your account or passport.
So take a time and check for it.
Most of the people here in this forum sell their bitcoin for PayPal using the exchange section. We can choose the best buyers with escrow to make it possible.

If you are not in a rush, just keep trying to breach it.

Try also to submit other valid ID's and see your chances. Try everything until you run out of patience.

That's the best option you have since even using escrow for P2P trades, you are still at risk because of Paypal's reversal system and you are the one who will provide bitcoin. Just consider trying other alternatives once all your efforts to pass the Coinbase verification failed.

I've also dealt for PayPal funds through users with high reputation on the site Paxful.com; there's still risk for a potential payment reversal even with the most reputable users as that's just how PayPal transfers are in nature. I also second using the Currency Exchange section of this forum for PayPal-related transactions, though you should obviously avoid trading with extremely new or non-trusted accounts there.

Avoid people offering to exchange their PayPal funds for rates that are too good to be true. These deals often involve stolen credit cards or funds from dubious sources, and the funds could be taken out of your account and your PayPal account could be limited if it touches these funds.

It's not only dangerous because PayPal itself is so lenient on chargebacks from within their own interface, but the very fact that I can initiate a charge back from my banking interface is an extra risk that makes PayPal even less desirable as option to use. It doesn't matter whether you use the G&S or F&F option, when you initiate a chargeback PayPal will screw you hard.

I know someone who lost considerable value thinking that it's safe to accept F&F payments. It wasn't related to crypto, but the buyer aka scammer managed to get the product and a refund, leaving the seller out of a lot of money. PayPal = making scamming easy and profitable. People who knows this but still continue to use PayPal have no right to complain when the odds stack up against them.
