Pc wallets are very dangerous and I have sad stories about them ,recently coinomi wallet added monero already and I've been using the wallet on my smartphone with no problem so far ,I won't advice you to get the windows wallet though just choose any mobile wallet and you are good to go

also, you have to download 70+ gigabyte monero blockchain with official getmonero wallet
