Scam and failing projects have made me rethink my bounty participation and buying or IEO and altcoin trading. Imagine I bought some Xbase some days ago and all of a sudden the price drop dead, lossing almost 40%. This is scary.

I dont think there is any perfect measure that can be instituted to avoid getting involved in scam projects. The best thing I can think of right now is to advice investors not to put all their eggs in a basket. Invest in bits in different projects so, if it doesnt turn out fine in one, the other ones can buffer the loss.

And dont ever be greedy. You may have regrets as a result

An effective way to prevent scam projects from reappearing is for the government to issue regulations on ICO or IEO on exchangers. With regulations and legal certainty for investors, I think investor confidence can recover and might stimulate market movements

Bad think from joining bounty campaign is not paying although ICO or IEO success for listing on exchange market, bounty campaign manager not trusted make bounty campaign become very bad for public, other bad of bounty campaign manager is distribution coin for long term waiting when coin price down for distributing to bounty participants, when price up they look hold and not distributed.

It is not surprising if I find out that altcoin is quite large. even some altcoins themselves go down more than that. but now it has become commonplace. maybe at this time it is also easier to determine the scam's projeck and potential scams because trading volumes easily provide accurate data for checking

Yes, because there is no clear regulation from the government, we should always be careful before investing in new projects. The only way is to do research if you want to invest in new projects, see the partnership that they have established and also the reputation of the advisor in the blockchain field.

i think the only counter is knowledge
as once you become knowledgeable about cryptocurrencies and the current technologies and what can and can't be currently done
you never fall for scams, they all become super ovbious.
People just need to gain more knowledge in crypto, and NEVER invest in something you dont fully understand

I think it is precisely the perpetrators of this scam project that makes the cryptocurrency name very bad because many are spreading and making projects that are often scam, cryptocurrency can not be blamed because all cryptocurrency has a movement when there is a request meaning this is the work of users who treat bad bitcoin .

The scammers have a lot of knowledge in the bounty section compared to the scammers on the Telegram channels. Bounty payments are not paid according to the agreed bounty allocation but the bounty managers don't want to comply with the rules they put on the first lines of bounty thread. Without taking the chance of being participants in the bounty campaign, earning passive income looks impossible.

I think the most important thing is to test the first project possible, and contact the project' s leadership team to discuss the project, to minimize the risk of phishing, and combine some of the virtual money knowledge. From which to look and participate in the project' s bounty.

Only one thing can prevent the bounty hunters from interacting with such projects - education and dissemination of information.

Scammers are difficult to eradicate in this ecosystem but it is possible to avoid them by simply educating ourselves and investing a little of our time learning new things so that we can outsmart them in every possible way. Scammers must continue to try many ways to provide a view that their project is truly original and good for the future, but there must be investors who have a personal way to value a project. but besides that we have to wait for a regulation that can make the development have a good standard to develop a technology in the crypto field

With regards on regulation, I do agree with that but I think it will take a few years from now due to the slow process and some investors can't wait that long which is why they must take the initiative to learn and understand everything about crypto investment.

Scammers is likely to be more active these days because they knew that there are regulation being created just to prevent them so investors should not let their guard down and familiarize the scammer tricks to avoid investing on a fake project.

The easiest way is to stop investing in ICO anymore until there is some safety net set up, investing in Cryptocurrency has a risk but investing in ICO double it's a risk, because, for a very long time, we have not seen a good project coming out of ICO, and yet people keep on patronizing these ICO they are still blinded by those glitters and empty promises.

What can be done? for ourselves prefer to invest or register to become bounty hunters. scam ICO project nobody can do anything, depending on the developer whether from the beginning his intention to scamming or not, whereas investors and bounty hunters only do their job to get profits. Maybe with IEO investors' investment guarantees and payments for bounty hunters will be guaranteed, but is the ICO / IEO project still feasible now?

Legit projects is paying enough reward to bounty hunters. You can get real information, if you check their ICO, IEO or STO price. In 2017 I got a token that ICO value was .23 cent then price up to 5 USD. Same for today .23 cent then price down to 0.01 cent per token.

Atleast we can run away from projects which looks shady since the beginning. No need to take risk at these.
Bounty is not guaranteed on IEO projects. There are many scams already. Even if you get paid, most of them will lose its value very fast. Definately this is not feasible.

This happens will depends on our mind which project we will choice for invest, this right point lot of scam project still running everytime and we can't stop yet. But if we have good skills for searching a trust project then this is possible for avoid scam project.
