It is a common myth that Bitcoin is ruled by a majority of miners. This is not true. Bitcoin miners "vote" on the ordering of transactions, but that's all they do. They can't vote to change the network rules.

synching shows 117 blocks to go. But, getmininginfo shows 4. Did the attempted pre mine fork it?

{
"blocks" : 130,
"currentblocksize" : 1000,
"currentblocktx" : 0,
"difficulty" : 3.77302089,
"errors" : "",
"generate" : false,
"genproclimit" : -1,
"hashespersec" : 0,
"networkhashps" : 118863090,
"pooledtx" : 0,
"testnet" : false
}

the wallet is using 120 block avg for getnetworkhashps so it was looking really low.  I recompiled it using 12 block avg and get this ^^

So, how do you get the wallet to synch?

here are some of the ip's that show up under getpeerinfo, maybe adding some as nodes to help sync

115.28.129.207
201.141.151.245
162.243.90.199
121.28.223.22
189.147.218.116
80.1.252.192

think the dev needs to grasp the concept that a big premine of something thats worth f*ck all still equals f*ck all.

no sync+no dev support=coin fail

Even in this situation, people are trying to mine.
People don't want to miss the train even though the developer is gone haha.
