Have you already tried contacting them? If so, what did they say? Assuming they've already replied. If they haven't yet, try spreading your case over social media(Reddit, Twitter, etc). Negative press mostly forces services to respond.

Though I'm not really sure if this service is legitimate, as this is the first time I've heard of it.

If it's been really 2 weeks since their last reply, message them once more, and mention that you've already been waiting for 2 weeks. Some verifications can take time for sure depending on the number of users of a certain exchange, but complaining could probably help for them to speed up the process and to probably prioritize your case.

Also, next time, stick to the more reputable exchanges: Coinbase, Kraken, and such.

Post a thread on Reddit r/bitcoin[1] and r/cryptocurrency[2] to give publicity to your issue. Giving certain services bad press can help you by forcing them to take you seriously and resolve your problem quicker.

Would you mind telling where you got the funds from? The bitcoins that you are trying to withdraw, were they received on a trade or were they deposited from some where else?

Many times these problems arise when you are sending from gambling sites, casinos and other exchanges. At times even criminals attempt to launder money trying to use the exchange as an intermediary to clean their tracks. Are you sure you are not doing any of these?

If these things are clear on your side then you may go to "smear" their name on social media, but do be sure to provide facts objectively.

Deposit via my card.
i also snap photo with my card with my face together to proof it.

Before deposit, i am asking and asking.
any problem on card? they answerred, no problem at all.

I tried to deposit some amount.. seems alright.
But when big amount, is not OKAY..

Now they refused to withdrawal.

Assuming you're actually not trolling us, that's definitely a very shitty reason and excuse for not returning a user's funds. Contact your local bank and immediately inform them of the situation, and ask them to do a reversal of the transaction if possible. Don't delete all the proofs that you got.

If this is true then shame on them. However, would you mind to screenshot their actual email, I mean by the look and terminologies of email it looks like it just made by random people that don't have idea on how to reply professionally on customer's email despite of the issue.

that's why i dare to swipe big amount into BTC.
but, bad thing happened.
i can't be let other get scammed by them.

Failed to get back.. i intent to chargeback.
I called my bank. they failed to chargeback due to some "payment code".
then i called to visa. Visa said this is international transaction. Which hard charge back due to merchant is using "XXX payment code".

I did called 3-5 times to bank and visa. spoke to different dept about my case.  no one able to solve it.
