Hi all,

I'm contemplating a hierarchical payment system where the payments are redactively made lower each time. By that I mean the first payment is half of the total sum, the next payment is half of the remaining half, then half the remaining quarter, then half the remaining eighth  etc.

Depending on two factors 1) the original sum and 2) the number of levels of payments ...

there could be some very small transaction amounts.

What I am wondering is if it is possible to put a "group" miner's fee for the whole chain of transactions so that the miner would have to process the whole group to receive the fee.

Related to that is the possibility the tree could be coded as a series of multi-sigs transactions. How could doing something like that affect the previous problem.
