It is a common myth that Bitcoin is ruled by a majority of miners. This is not true. Bitcoin miners "vote" on the ordering of transactions, but that's all they do. They can't vote to change the network rules.

Hello tabrizcoin

I have exactly the same PROBLEM.
After cleaning the miner, only one hash board working.
1 is dead right after startup and another one works for 5-60 Minutes, sometimes.

I can start the miner and swap the hashboard cable from the working board
to the dead/working board and it will heat up.
I think the controller drives the chip for setup the frequency....
After the heat up,  I can restart the miner and the dead/working board is working.

Sometimes from 5 minutes to more than many houres.

I have no solutions, I think its a solder problem...

Please write any solution if you get one.

Another interesting thing is, there must be hundreds of T1 outside and many dead boards.
WHY WHY WHY is nothing on the second hand market?

Because for the most part they were a crappy miner designed and marketed by a very unethical company (Dragonmint) and built for them by InnoSilicon.

Dragonmint of course imploded earlier this year. Because it is not Inno's design Inno wants nothing further to do with them. Best to let the things just die off and be rid of them.
