It looks like you will have a great chance to fill the empty slot in the position of the hero. But let is see what happens. If the manager will choose you for an empty hero slot, there will be an Sr slot that will be empty after you leave.

Just a suggestion, when someone has succeeded in ranking-up while the campaign is underway then PM the campaign manager and should immediately notify him after the new rank is reached. That will help the manager to change your position in the spreadsheet when there are empty slots, and don't do that when the campaign rules not correcting rank-up.

I think it is not really necessary, the manager is working for a lot of partners, so it doesn't matter that you PM him for your rank. He will not update you in the spreadsheet and he may forget it soon after. A note when applied here seems to be a more sensible idea. At least it was my thought, Because there is no vacancy when your rank up.

I am in SmartMixer campaign since week 1 too and was promoted to Hero Member on Dec 6th. The next day I informed Hhampuz via PM about it and asking to be considered for a Hero Member spot once there is a vacancy. So looks like it doesn't work like that I am not applying for it now, but I think DroomieChikito should get that spot before anyone else then. One of the now freshly applying Hero Members should get the Senior Member spot instead then, if he/she accepts.

You are all correct in this case. As it turns out you would have ranked up earlier tyKiwanuka and I'll move you to the vacant hero spot, DroomieChikito will get the next spot that opens up and that should be the most fair way to move forward.

There is a Sr. Member position open and not a Hero spot, so please if you are a Sr. Member you can now apply! Sorry to everyone else for the confusion.

Phew, you guys did not make this one easy on me, extremely hard to only pick one of you but this time my choice falls on hd49728. I hope to see the rest of you apply again if spots open up in the future or in any of my other campaigns.

In other news I've updated the Signature Codes so I have to ask ALL of the current participants to please update theirs. It still looks the same but we changed some of the links so the sooner you can get the new one - the better. I'll be a bit off now for the start of next week due to the Holidays but my PM's are always open so if you have any questions don't hesitate to reach out.
