But nobody should ban something that is your property. And if it is your property, legalizing it is something that government shouldn't do to anybody's property.

Great point since smoking is really a cause of many sickness while marijuana is cure .

If one looks for it, one can find reports that suggest CBD is passing even medical drug use... at least on the increase of usage. People wouldn't do it if there weren't some advantage for it. Perhaps this isn't proof, and it certainly isn't scientific proof, and it might only be placebo proof, but medical drugs and faith healing are very often placebo. So, if the results come about through CBD, let's hope they continue to come. After all, it's the results we are looking for.

In my opinion, many people smoke marihuana today whether it is legal or no. The only thing it would change is that the country would start making a lot of money by taxes. I would really like to see what would happen to people (if they would start smoking more, what would happen to students, etc..) Alcohol is much of a bigger problem than marihuana. But up until about 100 years ago, the world has used marijuana for thousands of years. Anybody who did crimes for any reason was brought to trial, and even executed if necessary, for his crimes.

It is entire BS that legalization is going to stop crime. You can tell by all the people that still use marijuana even though it is illegal.

Legalization is a trick that government uses to keep something good out of the hands of people, while making it seem that government is doing something good.

The answer is in Private Membership Associations (PMA). Government is there to regulate the public. There is the Constitution, and there are 3 major Amendments, and 70 powerful Supreme Court cases that say they can't mess with the private.

Then why does government get away with it? Because people don't know what these government docs say, or how to bring them into a court case. The PMA is showing people how. Google and Youtube it.

We know marijuana is a herbal medicine but we as people we using it for cigarette to take to high. There are many countries in the world where marijuana is legal for instance Canada. There are few states in USA also where marijuana is legal. As per my knowledge marijuana doesn't have any negative effect. In this pharma dominated world everything is legal as long as pharms can earn from it.

Marijuana is a focus that takes our minds off the possibilities.

There are probably all kinds of common, everyday plants that will focus our minds in ways similar to the way that marijuana does. Focusing on marijuana keeps us from seeking these other common everyday plants.

I mean, working chemicals into oranges, apples, broccoli, parsley, and all kinds of other plants, might make them even more fun than marijuana. But because we are focused on marijuana, we don't try these other plants with whatever chemical activation we can think of.

Get off marijuana. Government isn't going to make broccoli illegal if somebody finds a way to add something to it so that you get high off of supper. Get to work on what works.
