This post is too pro bitcoin. Even I agree that bitcoin is a really a great invention. But when you saying that you want bitcoin. I have a pretty simple question for you. What do you want bitcoin as?? Do you want it as a source of holding your idle funds while bitcoin increases in value? or you want it as a mainstream method of settlement and want that fiat should be replaced by it. Because using it for both ways would bring a lot of disadvantages along with advantages so do ponder over this question before merely saying it is the future.

I’m a huge bitcoin believer but I don’t exclusively believe that bitcoin alone would be the future of this world, though it may have sparked the change and the revolution already that’s for sure. The only major change i could foresee at some point, is changing from its classic sha256 crypto algorithm to a quantum crypto algorithm. Perhaps in a 100 years. There could be another coin to do the same thing, of course. This is only after quantum computing reaches mass production and the masses. We may not even be here to see it, but it should occur before the last bitcoin is minted in 2140.

As opposed to bank interest, trading shouldn't be the answer. You CAN trade with fiat, in the so called forex market. No, the correct counterpoint would be: Not losing value overtime, in fact, gain. It is a small gain, as it is a deflationary coin, with limited production that no one can order increase the amount suddenly by executive order when the yearly budget doesn't fit...

quantum computers is probably no match to the SHA256 hashing algo but if the quantum computing can break these algorithm like the signature, i don't think its that difficult to shift to a new one.

As for me, Bitcoin is the future of money and we who are part of its pioneering works will be benefiting a lot especially with the rise of its price. I have to admit that money is of paramount concern for me so when I see the potential of Bitcoin to grow exponentially, I never hesitated to join the Bitcoin bandwagon. But it never stops there because I then realize that Bitcoin is representing a great power right in our fingertips. The way I see things here sometimes, I don't think bitcoin is ready to replace banks and I don't expect that to happen, for real. I still see some people here saying that we need a cryptocurrency bank, lol, why do you need a bank to handle your cryptocurrency since you say that you need freedom? Having banks to handle your cryptocurrency is still the same thing as it is now, so there is no difference. It's better we continue with what we have since people are not even ready.

Really like the points you mentioned, Volatility in crypto in general (not just bitcoin) can actually be very profitable (if we know how to use it)

Then storage in a very very secure wallet. I have also tries to convince people to invest in bitcoins many a times but most of them refuse to do so as they think that it is a bubble and it can burst at any time just like the price spike of 2018. Bitcoin has always been a great source of impact for me considering the fact that I am still a student. Its requirements for those who are qualified is way too basic cause even a little kid can access it as long as he has the knowledge and the capability to earn or make a transaction with it. Bitcoin is the future for me since the technology is still innovating so do the monetary system of the world. we do have to know the original intent and purpose of bitcoin before we can be sure that in the future bitcoin will be useful, and we also have to compare with current conditions. I think so far it is still possible because what is said is only based on research.

It's not that they don't want the future. Bitcoin is a really great coin and it has a lot of purposes. So the use of bitcoin is going to depend on the person. The future of bitcoin depends on the user and its development, and all of us as bitcoin users should be able to try to promote bitcoin in any way and I always invite and promote bitcoin to the people closest to be able to engage with bitcoin and the reason I promote it to them is because of bitcoin can be useful for now and also in the future and bitcoin will be much better.

Bitcoin still needs a lot of recognition to have a place in the future. Since many countries are still not into crypto and if they can only see the good that bitcoin has to offer I'm sure bitcoin's future is good.

agree, bitcoin still needs a lot of support from everyone and the government, although there are many advantages that can be felt by bitcoin users but it certainly still needs special attention, it would be better if every government is able to legalize bitcoin transactions and still not eliminate the existing fiat functions , then it is a big support that must be developed in the future
