Armory does not update balance and blocks

Good morning, install armory 0.95.6 no windows 10, and it's online, all ok, only problem is that I transferred bitcoins to it, to online wallet and does not update the balance, continue 0. I searched the site blockchain.com and there is the transaction. Do I need to sign the transaction in any way? I also made another transaction, sent bitcoins to another wallet, only offline, in armory, and is also zeroed, although it is on blockchain.com, do I need to sign in the offline wallet I downloaded on linux? In this case I already recorded the view-only wallet to the online armory no windows.

Something I noticed is that on the bottom right side of the Armory is written "connected (38026 blocks)". However, it has been a few days since this number of blocks (38026). He was updating the blocks, but is no longer updating, although it is connected. I entered the bitcoin core block folder and everything is normal, blocks all downloaded.

I have tried to rescan and rebuild databases etc a bunch of times, but it won't show up.

Something I noticed is that on the bottom right side of the Armory is written "connected (38026 blocks)". However, it has been a few days since this number of blocks (38026).

right, Armory won't work if it can't catch up with Bitcoin's blocks

I have tried to rescan and rebuild databases etc a bunch of times, but it won't show up.

People have had a lot of problems with Windows and Armory recently, perhaps some change to Windows could've provoked a bug. Do you have another computer (with Linux on it)?

Uninstalling and installing the new arsenal in the same compartment as bitcoincore and it worked.

I suspect that "Armory" got translated or autocorrected to "Arsenal". As such, it would appear that reinstalling everything on the same drive seems to have fixed the OPs issue.
