I don't think they accomplished the items listed on their roadmap. They haven't reached their soft cap as well.
Because if there is no progress, I truly doubt it will be worth receiving their bounty rewards as there will be no good reason to buy their tokens. In any case, the bitagro team should let their bounty hunters know the status of their rewards and be honest about it.
