I think you must seek help from people of costa rica since the law there in gambling is very open. Can you give some insight about your idea? I have a contact there that supposed to have ICO for there casino. They are just waiting for the license to start the sale. Maybe you want to join with them. There main game platform is a poker tournament.

I think you are right about what op wanted to do. Since op's project is halted because of the gambling law so, the op will find a person/a company for the project to continue. If i'm in the situation myself, I would do the same so, that my project can be built. It is better to have a team/partner to manage a project.

Most probably a collaboration since he mentioned in the title he needs a "partner/s". most gambling law in a country has a loophole where
if the gambling site is based outside the country(offshore) the law of that country cannot be enforced even if the part-owner of the site is from
that country. that is why he is looking for a partner to bypass the law and continue his project

And btw, if you have an idea that would make you rich in the future, you really want to sell it because of the hindrance of your national law? I don't think you got the bigger picture of what OP wants to do.

However, creating a token on Ethereum and waves platform is just matter of time. This is really not a very big deal and this could not be idea for gambling or betting sites. To be honest it's not necessary to create a token if you want to run gambling site. There would require some documents from your local country and some others gambling association(not sure about that). Even so many gambling sites are running without license. If you have good idea then you should share it more briefly.

^ What if you create a project that has fundraising like what ICO projects did. Because you need to have a huge fund to develop your project and then, create token for the market sale. But to be honest I am bit worried about who is your partner, it should also be trusted because that is very risky if ever running away your fund, everything that you had. Making a business like gambling is not easy and it takes time to develop especially building a trusted team.

If thats the case where you do only look for legality of the site then its quite hard since you said earlier you've been halted by countries laws. Even if you do seek up for legal advise or partnerships they cant still do a thing since government rules will always prevail or would be followed.You can ran it though without license but well you do know the risk.

It's dangerous! I might lose everything, unless the government cannot catch me up!;-) but I'm not sure if use of VPN's can stealth me in. What do you think?

Exactly. I also not reveal here right away as to "how this gambling project works", because it might be used by other individuals of company. Just a hint, it is purely fair, because it uses live games results! ;-)

Well most probably someone will buy the project from you, if you project is really interesting and may not be willing to share the profits with you if all the work is being done by them as your activities will be limited because of your country regulations.

I am very sure the Op would have long updated the post if he saw a partner, although we have some people here that are very bad in communication, they drop a post and don’t follow up or keep us updated of the development, but I think this particular op would have updated if he has found solution.

I saw the post earlier and I knew deep within me that responses will be very low to it which is being confirmed now. I am convinced that the OP has an idea and he is sure of the project but getting partners especially from the forum might not be easy for him. I advise he puts the idea up directly on the post, since that would be more convincing and as well get better responses from there.

Initially it is hard to get investment for any project. It needs to be promoted by forum members and if they haven't gained the expected investment then the project is a failure. More we get into such activities and give importance more will be the learning.

You'll probably have much better success pitching this idea directly to the founders of major gambling platforms like crypto-games.net, primedice, mintdice etc.

I would simply write up a formal proposal then forward it to several platforms on Twitter or directly to the founders if they can contact them.
