i dont get what you totally mean but if you are asking if someone will accept payments that made in IOTA?it depends on the user if he will accept the offer though IOTA is a legit currency with 767$ million Market Cap?i think thats a good deal if i am to ask.

I have my own home server. ON a Raspberry PI.

I want to see if I can get someone to interact with my site. For instance Make a post on the form. Or latter when I have my phpBB forum running I would pay someone to join it. And make am post. Just to check if it's Working

Maybe I would pay a few iotas here

But more importantly I would like to offer a bug bounty if someone found a bug.

So it seems like you are trying to run a bounty campaign.
I don't think that here is the correct board though. You should better direct it to the Services thread and of course include a description of how you are going to pay the participants and the rules of the campaign.
