For the topic owner, just ask for a value and hope. Hope is the last resort, maybe someone is going to help you. There is no rule in the world, just avoid those guys criticizing you and you will be fine.

Going to your local bank or local lenders may work than here (that's why we suggest this) because you will be mortgaging your property or golds or personal docs; with these, they can recover if you default.
But how do we recover when there is no collateral, we can't trace you, don't know where you live? Anyway, you will never understand because you only have a head, nothing inside.
And with your attitude, I think your local bank or lenders will ever lend you anything.
