We are soon entering in the period when if there was not a merit system people should rank up to Legendary.
That's why I'm making this list to see who will enter into the Rank Up Legendary Zone (RULZ) who have received already minimum 990 

why can't I play in this game?
i did not register before 03-12-2017 but with 12-12-2017 it is only 9 days later... and I also started with 0 merits.
I was even the first zero to hero here
and as already calculated in other place, it will happen in october at the very latest:

Of course you can, I'm actually planning to lock this thread and start clean, to monitor all those who are about to Rank up to Legendary.
The initial idea of this thread was only to follow those who register around me, and how many of them are close to the Legendary rank and at the end who will actually rank up. It already served it's purpose, that;'s why I'm planning to start from scratch.
Just I need some more free time and I'll do it if there is not already something like this

I made that table with list of given usernames from @iasenko. There are available merit stats are dumped weekly by theymos so these stats will be updated easily. For stats on activities, it will be updated manually by checking case-by-case each 2 weeks. With the table and the narrow list of candidate Legendary members, it will be easier to update next 2-week periods.

I have interests to adjust the table this way. Not sure how @iasenko feel about it.

I thoguth that I haven't include in the list the copper members but it tured out that the database file I got from @DDmrDDmr has some errors.

I think mu_enrico is considered Legendary as he already obtained the necessary merits for being Legendary, thus it is only a matter of time until he'll receive the rank. Meaning to reach also the required activity.

No, you haven't been following this thread looks like. I am listing everyone who is between 775-1030 activity enough merit and haven't ranked up to Legendary and it's like a competition who is going to be next. So the list shows the real current rank.

Yep, that case and a few others are not trivial to derive, since their profile states they are Copper Members without displaying the rank (you need to go to a post of theirs to the real rank). I can derive the proper rank for most Copper Members (have done so for a while), but those with merits and minimum activity for Legendary need a bit more (manual) work (only on these Copper Member cases). I think I've got the Copper Members all correct now.

I’m also trying to do that with all non-standard ranks (i.e. staff, etc.), and have succeded for the most, but again a few need manual supervision and there are a few I still need to review over the coming days to get it right. When I succeed, there should be no non-regular ranks displayed (there are still a few I need to look into later on).

Do you have the raw version of the file with all those Copper Members? Maybe I can just filter them based on the copper rank who have the needed Activity and received merit and go trough the list. Everyone with merit over 1000 with + at least 500 received merit should have been a Hero when the merit system kicked in, it should be easy to check. This can be applied also to the other ranks like Staff.

There should be no need now. The rank now shows the regulars ranks for all profiles on the file I publish along with the Dashboard update. If, on the other hand,we still want to see on that file the original rank that is really shown on the profile (I.e. copper member, staff, etc.), I can add a column with this info later on.
